Fawad Chaudhry said that the inclusion of Asim Saleem Bajwa in the Ministry of Information would be of great help to Information Minister Shibli Faraz as Asim Saleem Bajwa does all the work related to media. When asked about the lockdown due to the Corona epidemic, the federal minister said that according to the pharmaceutical companies, it is not possible to manufacture the vaccine before September next year. Decisions are made in consultation with the provinces and experts.
Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry said that Pakistan was going to export safety kits for protection against Corona virus. Pakistan will become so self-sufficient in the medical field in a year that it will be in a position to export other medical devices including ventilators and now it has become so self-sufficient in safety kits and hand sanitizers that the Cabinet has allowed the export. Regarding ventilators, he said that Pakistan would be able to export ventilators within a year, 58 designs of ventilators were received out of which 13 were shortlisted and now seven designs are in the process of licensing.

وفاقی وزیر برائے سائنس و ٹیکنالوجی فواد چوہدری نے کہا ہے کہ فردوس عاشق اعوان کو لابنگ کے ذریعے وزارت ملی تھی اور وہ اس وزارت کے اہل نہیں تھیں۔ وفاقی وزیر برائے سائنس و ٹیکنالوجی فواد چوہدری نے ایک انٹرویو میں کہا ہے کہ فردوس عاشق اعوان کبھی بھی سائنس اور ٹکنالوجی کی وزارت کے لئے اہل نہیں رہیں۔ ۔ فواد چوہدری نے کہا کہ فردوس عاشق اعوان کو لابنگ کے ذریعے وزارت ملی تھی لیکن وہ اسے نہیں چلا سکیں جس کی وجہ سے پی ٹی آئی سمیت وزیر اعظم کے دفتر کو بہت نقصان پہنچا۔
فواد چوہدری نے کہا کہ عاصم سلیم باجوہ کو وزارت اطلاعات میں شامل کرنا وزیر اطلاعات شبلی فراز کے لئے بہت مددگار ثابت ہوگا کیونکہ عاصم سلیم باجوہ میڈیا سے متعلق تمام کام کرتے ہیں۔ جب کرونا کی وبا کی وجہ سے لاک ڈاؤن کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا تو وفاقی وزیر نے کہا کہ دوا ساز کمپنیوں کے مطابق اگلے سال ستمبر سے قبل اس ویکسین کی تیاری ممکن نہیں ہے۔ فیصلے صوبوں اور ماہرین کی مشاورت سے کیے جاتے ہیں۔
وفاقی وزیر فواد چوہدری نے کہا کہ پاکستان کورونا وائرس سے بچاؤ کے لئے سیفٹی کٹس برآمد کرنے جارہا ہے۔ ایک سال میں پاکستان میڈیکل کے شعبے میں اتنا خود کفیل ہوجائے گا کہ وہ وینٹیلیٹروں سمیت دیگر طبی آلات برآمد کرنے کی پوزیشن میں ہوگا اور اب وہ حفاظتی کٹ اور ہینڈ سینیٹائزروں میں اتنا خود کفیل ہوگیا ہے کہ کابینہ نے برآمد کی اجازت دے دی ہے . وینٹیلیٹروں کے بارے میں ، انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان ایک سال کے اندر وینٹیلیٹر برآمد کرنے کے قابل ہو جائے گا ، وینٹیلیٹروں کے 58 ڈیزائن موصول ہوئے جن میں سے 13 کو شارٹ لسٹ کیا گیا تھا اور اب سات ڈیزائن لائسنس کے عمل میں ہیں۔
