وفاقی حکومت عیدالاضحی سے قبل پارلیمنٹ کا مشترکہ اجلاس طلب کرے گی
امکان ہے کہ وفاقی حکومت اہم قانون سازی کی منظوری کے لئے عیدالاضحی سے پہلے پارلیمنٹ کا مشترکہ اجلاس طلب کرے گی۔
ذرائع کے مطابق قومی اسمبلی (این اے) نے سات بل منظور کیے ہیں جو سینیٹ کے توسط سے نہیں بناسکے ، جہاں حکمران پاکستان تحریک انصاف اکثریت میں نہیں ہے۔ لہذا ، حکومت نے یہ بل پارلیمنٹ کے مشترکہ اجلاس میں پیش کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔
پاکستان میڈیکل کمیشن ، پاکستان میڈیکل ٹربیونل کے بل ، اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ (ججز) کی ججوں کی تعداد میں اضافے اور ایف اے ٹی ایف کے ضوابط سے متعلق ایک بل سیشن میں پیش کیا جائے گا۔
پارلیمانی امور سے متعلق وزیر اعظم کے مشیر ڈاکٹر بابر اعوان نے کہا ہے کہ اچھی حکمرانی کے لئے اچھی قانون سازی ایک شرط ہے اور عوامی مفاد کے لئے قانون سازی کرنا حکومت کے ساتھ ساتھ اپوزیشن کی بھی ذمہ داری ہے۔
The federal government is expected to convene a joint parliament session before Eid-ul-Azha to pass key laws.
According to sources, the National Assembly (NA) has passed seven laws that the Senate could not make, where ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf is not in the majority. The government has therefore decided to present these draft laws at a joint parliamentary session.
Bills will be presented at the meeting, including the Pakistan Medical Commission bill, the Pakistan Medical Tribunal, the increase in the number of judges at the Islamabad High Court (IHC) and a bill on FATF regulations.
The Prime Minister’s Advisor on Parliamentary Affairs, Dr. Babar Awan said that good legislation is a prerequisite for good governance and that passing laws for public benefit is the responsibility of both the government and the opposition.
