فواد چوہدری نے چیف الیکشن کمشنر کے خلاف بیان پر معافی مانگ لی
Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry has apologized for his statements against the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) and the Election Commission.
In the Election Commission, Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry and Minister for Railways Azam Khan Swati held a hearing on the issue of allegations against the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) and the institution. Fawad Chaudhry appeared before the Election Commission while Azam Swati and His lawyer Ali Zafar did not appear. Ali Zafar’s Assistant Counsel said that the Senate session was going on so Azam Swati and Barrister Ali Zafar could not come, to which the Election Commission remarked that we had asked you to submit reply, Azam Swati’s reply at the next hearing. If not, the accused will be charged.
During the hearing, Fawad Chaudhry said, “I am a lawyer and I have a lot of respect for the Chief Election Commissioner. I do not want to get involved in the paperwork. Statements are not mine, it is requested that the notice be withdrawn, accept my apology, on which the Election Commission directed Fawad Chaudhry to submit his apology in writing, the Federal Minister said that I submit the apology. ۔ Further hearing of the case will be held on December 3.
Speaking to media after the hearing, Fawad Chaudhry said that PTI respects the Election Commission, PML-N has started a campaign against the judiciary, attempts are being made to tarnish the image of institutions, electoral reforms PT. I have no national agenda, electoral reforms will be passed by the Kabul Assembly, the opposition should express its suggestions in the National Assembly.

الیکشن کمیشن میں وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات فواد چوہدری اور وزیر ریلوے اعظم خان سواتی کے درمیان چیف الیکشن کمشنر (سی ای سی) اور ادارے پر الزامات کے معاملے پر سماعت ہوئی۔ فواد چوہدری الیکشن کمیشن میں پیش ہوئے جب کہ اعظم سواتی اور ان کے وکیل علی ظفر پیش نہیں ہوئے۔ علی ظفر کے معاون وکیل نے کہا کہ سینیٹ کا اجلاس جاری ہے اس لیے اعظم سواتی اور بیرسٹر علی ظفر نہیں آسکے، جس پر الیکشن کمیشن نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ ہم نے آپ کو جواب جمع کرانے کا کہا تھا، اعظم سواتی کا جواب آئندہ سماعت پر۔ اگر ایسا نہ کیا گیا تو ملزمان پر فرد جرم عائد کی جائے گی۔
سماعت کے دوران فواد چوہدری نے کہا کہ میں وکیل ہوں اور چیف الیکشن کمشنر کی بہت عزت کرتا ہوں، کاغذی کارروائی میں نہیں پڑنا چاہتا، بیانات میرے نہیں ہیں، استدعا ہے کہ نوٹس واپس لیا جائے۔ میری معافی قبول کریں، جس پر الیکشن کمیشن نے فواد چوہدری کو تحریری معافی جمع کرانے کی ہدایت کردی، وفاقی وزیر نے کہا کہ میں معافی نامہ جمع کراتا ہوں۔ کیس کی مزید سماعت 3 دسمبر کو ہوگی۔
سماعت کے بعد میڈیا سے بات کرتے ہوئے فواد چوہدری نے کہا کہ پی ٹی آئی الیکشن کمیشن کا احترام کرتی ہے، ن لیگ نے عدلیہ کے خلاف مہم شروع کر رکھی ہے، اداروں کا امیج خراب کرنے کی کوشش کی جا رہی ہے، انتخابی اصلاحات پی ٹی آئی۔ میرا کوئی قومی ایجنڈا نہیں، انتخابی اصلاحات کابل اسمبلی سے منظور کرائی جائیں گی، اپوزیشن قومی اسمبلی میں اپنی تجاویز کا اظہار کرے۔
