بجلی کی قیمت میں 4 روپے 74 پیسے فی یونٹ اضافہ
The National Electric Regulatory Authority NEPRA has increased the price of electricity by Rs4.74 per unit in terms of monthly fuel adjustment.
NEPRA has increased the price of electricity by Rs4.74 per unit at the request of Central Power Purchase Agency.
Electricity prices have been increased in terms of monthly fuel adjustment, additional burden will be collected from electricity consumers in December bills.
The increase in electricity prices will impose an additional burden of Rs 60 billion on consumers but it will not apply to electric consumers.
The hearing on the petition regarding increase in electricity prices was held on December 1. In which it was stated that the production of electricity from mixed fuels in the month of October resulted in an additional cost of Rs 44 billion for fuel while the increase of Rs 16 billion was due to increase in international fuel prices.

بجلی کی قیمتوں میں اضافہ ماہانہ فیول ایڈجسٹمنٹ کی مد میں کیا گیا، دسمبر کے بلوں میں بجلی صارفین سے اضافی بوجھ وصول کیا جائے گا۔
بجلی کی قیمتوں میں اضافے سے صارفین پر 60 ارب روپے کا اضافی بوجھ پڑے گا تاہم اس کا اطلاق کے الیکٹرک صارفین پر نہیں ہوگا۔
بجلی کی قیمتوں میں اضافے سے متعلق درخواست پر سماعت یکم دسمبر کو ہوئی تھی جس میں کہا گیا تھا کہ اکتوبر کے مہینے میں مخلوط ایندھن سے بجلی کی پیداوار کے باعث ایندھن کی مد میں 44 ارب روپے اضافی خرچ ہوئے جب کہ بجلی کی قیمتوں میں 20 ارب روپے کا اضافہ ہوا۔ بین الاقوامی سطح پر ایندھن کی قیمتوں میں اضافے کی وجہ سے 16 ارب روپے تھے۔ ہوا
