Karachi: After the permission of the government, the process of opening businesses in different cities of the country, including Karachi, has started. Vendors at Karachi’s Lighthouse Market opened most shops at 8am. According to the Sindh Home Department, the business has been allowed to open after the Sindh government issued rules and regulations. Businesses will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. However, it is the shopkeeper’s responsibility to keep a social distance between the customers who come to the shop.
Chairman All City Traders Ittehad Hakeem Shah said that he was grateful to the Sindh government for allowing him to open a business. He said that the government SOP in the bazaar would be taken care of at all costs. No buyers of masks will be allowed to enter the shop, traders will ensure social distance to avoid Corona, acknowledging the lockdown decision in the national interest.
Public and private educational institutions, cinemas, public transport, entertainment venues, wedding halls will also remain closed, besides all kinds of gatherings, sports and double riding will be banned, auto rickshaws and motorcycle rickshaws will run. According to the Punjab government’s decision, business will be open four days a week from Monday to Thursday, while the remaining three days of the week will be partial lockdown on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Grocery stores, dairy and meat stores and medical stores will remain open during the partial lockdown. After easing the partial lockdown in Lahore, traffic on city roads was increased and police checkpoints were reduced.
The Punjab government has issued SOPs for opening businesses under which it will be necessary to maintain social distance during business. Violation can result in imprisonment of 2 to 6 months and a fine of up to Rs 50,000. Shops and markets that do not comply with SOPs will be closed. Shopkeepers and customers will be required to wear a mask and wash their hands or use a sanitizer. Shopkeepers and market management will be responsible for maintaining social distance between customers. Police and district administration officials will monitor shops and markets.
Business centers also opened in Quetta. Citizens continue to shop at shoe stores, including jewelery, barbers and tailors. While shopkeepers were seen implementing SOPs in Jinnah Road, Abdul Sattar Road and other shopping malls including Liaquat Bazaar.
لاک ڈاؤن میں آسانی ، کراچی سمیت مختلف شہروں میں کاروبار کا آغاز
کراچی: حکومت کی اجازت کے بعد کراچی سمیت ملک کے مختلف شہروں میں کاروبار کھولنے کا عمل شروع ہوگیا ہے۔ کراچی کی لائٹ ہاؤس مارکیٹ میں فروشوں نے صبح 8 بجے زیادہ تر دکانیں کھولیں۔ محکمہ داخلہ سندھ کے مطابق ، حکومت سندھ نے قواعد و ضوابط جاری کرنے کے بعد کاروبار کو کھولنے کی اجازت دے دی ہے۔ صبح 8 بجے سے صبح 4 بجے تک کاروبار کھلے رہیں گے۔ تاہم ، دکان پر آنے والے صارفین کے درمیان معاشرتی فاصلہ برقرار رکھنا ذمہ دار ہے۔
چیئرمین آل سٹی تاجر اتحاد حکیم شاہ نے کہا کہ وہ حکومت سندھ کے مشکور ہیں کہ انہیں کاروبار کھولنے کی اجازت دی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ بازار میں سرکاری ایس او پی کا ہر قیمت پر خیال رکھا جائے گا۔ بغیر ماسک کے خریداروں کو دکان میں داخل ہونے کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی ، تاجر قومی مفاد میں لاک ڈاؤن فیصلے کو تسلیم کرتے ہوئے کورونا سے بچنے کے لئے معاشرتی فاصلے کو یقینی بنائیں گے۔
سرکاری و نجی تعلیمی ادارے ، سینما گھر ، پبلک ٹرانسپورٹ ، تفریحی مقامات ، شادی ہال بھی بند رہیں گے ، اس کے علاوہ ہر قسم کے اجتماعات ، کھیلوں اور ڈبل سواری پر پابندی ہوگی ، آٹو رکشہ اور موٹرسائیکل رکشہ چلائیں گے۔ حکومت پنجاب کے فیصلے کے مطابق ، کاروبار ہفتے میں چار دن پیر سے جمعرات تک کھلا رہے گا ، جبکہ ہفتے کے باقی تین دن جمعہ ، ہفتہ اور اتوار کو جزوی طور پر لاک ڈاؤن ہوں گے۔ جزوی طور پر لاک ڈاؤن کے دوران گروسری اسٹورز ، دودھ اور گوشت کے اسٹورز اور میڈیکل اسٹور کھلے رہیں گے۔ لاہور میں جزوی لاک ڈاؤن کو کم کرنے کے بعد شہر کی سڑکوں پر ٹریفک بڑھا دیا گیا اور پولیس چوکیوں کو کم کردیا گیا۔
