اسلام آباد: سپریم کورٹ نے وزارت ہاؤسنگ کو سرکاری عمارتوں کی ملکیت خالی کرنے کی ڈیڈ لائن دے دی۔
چیف جسٹس گلزار احمد کی سربراہی میں سپریم کورٹ کے دو رکنی بینبچ میں سرکاری عمارتوں پر قبضے سے متعلق خود کیس کی سماعت کی ۔
سپریم کورٹ نے محکمہ ہاؤسنگ کو سرکاری عمارتوں پر قبضہ ختم کرنے کے لئے ایک ڈیڈ لائن دے دی تھی ، لیکن بیان دیا ہے کہ عدالتی حکم کے باوجود محکمہ ہاؤسنگ نے رہائشیوں کے تمام مکانات کو خالی نہیں کروایا تھا۔ دستخط شدہ سکریٹری ہاؤسنگ رپورٹ اگلی سماعت میں پیش کی جائے گی ۔
چیف جسٹس نے نوٹ کیا کہ نجی مکانات ہونے کے باوجود ، اہلکاروں کو سرکاری مکانات مختص کردیئے گئے ، اور بہت سے سرکاری اہلکاروں نے مکانات مختص کروا کے کرایے پر دے رکھے تھے۔

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has given a deadline to the Ministry of Housing to vacate possession of government houses.
A two-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed heard the suo motu notice case related to the occupation of government houses.
The Supreme Court, while giving a deadline to the Ministry of Housing to vacate the occupancies of government houses, said that despite the court order, the Ministry of Housing did not vacate the government residences from all the occupants. Yes, the signed report of the Secretary Housing should be given at the next hearing.
The Chief Justice remarked that the officers get government houses allotted despite having private residences, many government officials have allotted houses and rented them out.
The Additional Secretary Housing said that departmental action has been initiated to vacate 52 houses.
The Chief Justice said that government houses are still occupied, people keep sending us complaints about the Ministry of Housing, the occupation of government houses should be vacated immediately by the police, government houses are only for government employees and not for private people. If the Ministry of Housing does not vacate the government residences, you will lose your jobs. Take action within two months and submit a report.
The court adjourned further hearing of the case for two months.
