پاکستان سے کورونا وائرس مکمل طور پر ختم نہیں ہوا: اسد عمر
منگل کو وفاقی وزیر منصوبہ بندی و ترقیات اسد عمر نے کہا ہے کہ عوام کو معیاری آپریٹنگ طریقہ کار (ایس او پیز) پر عمل کرنا ہوگا کیوں کہ ملک سے کورون وائرس مکمل طور پر ختم نہیں ہوا ہے۔
پریس کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وزیر نے کہا کہ پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) کی موجودہ حکومت وائرس کے معاملات میں محض کمی پر کوئی فتح کا اعلان نہیں کررہی ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ حکومت کی رابطوں کا سراغ لگانے ، سمارٹ لاک ڈاؤن اور عوام میں بیداری کی پالیسیوں نے ایک مختصر عرصے میں وبائی امراض کو پھیلانے میں بہت مدد فراہم کی ہے۔
اسد عمر نے بتایا کہ حکومت نے ملک بھر میں 2350 لاک ڈاؤن کو نافذ کیا ، اور اس وقت بیس اضلاع میں 85 سمارٹ لاک ڈاؤن ہیں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ حکومت اب وبائی امراض سے متاثرہ مخصوص مقامات کو ہی نشانہ بنانے کے لئے مائیکرو سمارٹ لاک ڈاؤن کی طرف جارہی ہے۔
وزیر نے بتایا کہ اس وقت ملک میں کورون وائرس کے 7،000 سے زیادہ واقعات ہیں اور حکومت ان کے لئے گھر الگ تھلگ رہنے کا انتظام کرنے کی کوشش کر رہی ہے۔ انہوں نے زور دے کر کہا کہ میڈیا نے لوگوں کو اس بیماری کے بارے میں پیغامات پہنچانے کے لئے عوامی آگاہی کی موثر مہم بھی چلائی ہے۔
On Tuesday, Federal Minister for Planning and Development Asad Omar said that the people have to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) as the coronavirus has not been completely eradicated from the country.
Addressing a press conference, the minister said that the present government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was not declaring any victory on mere reduction in virus cases.
He added that the government’s connectivity tracking, smart lockdown and public awareness policies have helped in the spread of epidemics in a short span of time.
Asad Omar said the government has implemented 2,350 lockdowns across the country, and currently has 85 smart lockdowns in 20 districts.
He added that the government is now moving towards micro-smart lockdown to target specific areas affected by epidemics.
The minister said there are currently more than 7,000 cases of coronavirus in the country and the government is trying to make arrangements for them to be isolated at home. He emphasized that the media had also launched an effective public awareness campaign to spread the message about the disease.
