Chiniot is the first district in Punjab to defeat COVID-19. 10 patients were sent home after successfully recovering from the deadly coronavirus.
Muhammad Riaz’s deputy commissioner said the city currently has no COVID-19 patient. A total of 353 people from the district were tested for COVID-19, 10 of which tested positive. All 10 patients have now recovered from the deadly virus.
All 10 patients tested negative and have now been sent home. The authorities said they were treated after receiving the quarantine center at FAST University.
He said that 4 patients Ali Abbas, Nadeem, Rashid and Shahid Imran from Bhuwana, Aun Abbas and Kaneez from Tehsil Lalian and 2 patients from the Tahirabad area in Chiniot were isolated after positive tests. All 10 patients recovered in 15 days, he said.

محمد ریاض ڈپٹی کمشنر نے بتایا کہ اس شہر میں ابھی کوویڈ 19 کا کوئی مریض نہیں ہے۔ کوویڈ 19 میں ضلع کے کل 353 افراد کا تجربہ کیا گیا تھا جن میں سے 10 مثبت آئے تھے۔ اب تمام 10 مریض مہلک وائرس سے صحت یاب ہوگئے ہیں۔
تمام 10 مریضوں کو ٹیسٹ کے بعد گھر بھیج دیا گیا ہے ، حکام نے بتایا کہ فاسٹ یونیورسٹی میں علاج معالجے کا مرکز حاصل کرنے کے بعد گھر بھیج دیا گیا ہے۔
