چارسدہ کی بیوہ ، غیرت کے نام پر ایک شخص ہلاک: پولیس
پولیس کے مطابق چارسدہ میں غیرت کے نام پر ایک خاتون اور ایک شخص کے قتل کے الزام میں منگل کے روز چار افراد کو گرفتار کیا گیا ۔
ملزمان اس خاتون کے رشتے دار تھے ، جو چار بچوں والی بیوہ تھی۔ تاہم یہ شخص ضلع خیبر سےتعلق رکھتا ہے اور باجوڑ فرنٹیئر کور میں افسر تھا۔
پولیس نے بتایا کہ وہ دونوں فون پر تھے اور خاتون نے مبینہ طور پر اس شخص کو اپنے گھر بلایا۔ چارسدہ کے ایس ایچ او نے بتایا ، “جب ان کے لواحقین کو پتہ چلا تو انہوں نے دونوں کو گولی مار دی۔”
دونوں لاشوں کو ڈسٹرکٹ ہیڈ کوارٹر اسپتال منتقل کردیا گیا۔
فوجداری عدالت نے دفعہ 302 (قتالِ عمد کی سزا) ، دفعہ 34 (مشترکہ ارادے کو فروغ دینے کے لئے متعدد افراد کی کارروائی) اور دفعہ 311 (اگر یہ جرم غیرت کے نام پر کیا گیا ) کے تحت مقدمہ درج کیا ۔
According to police, four people were arrested on Tuesday in Charsadda on charges of honor killing of a woman and a man.
The accused were relatives of the woman, who was a widow with four children. However, the man hails from Khyber District and was an officer in the Bajaur Frontier Corps.
Police said they were both on the phone and the woman allegedly called the man to her home. “When their relatives found out, they shot them both,” said the Charsadda SHO.
Both the bodies were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital.
The criminal court registered a case under section 302 (punishment for intentional homicide), section 34 (action of several persons to promote common will) and section 311 (if the crime was committed in the name of honor).
