بار کونسلوں نے چیئرمین نیب کے استعفی کا مطالبہ کیا
پاکستان بار کونسل (پی بی سی) ، صوبائی بار کونسلوں اور اسلام آباد بار کونسل (آئی بی سی) نے خواجہ برادران کی درخواست ضمانت کیس میں عدالت عظمیٰ کے فیصلے کے بعد نیب کے چیئرمین سے استعفی دینے کا مطالبہ کیا۔
پیراگون ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی بدعنوانی ریفرنس میں سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان کے تاریخی تفصیلی فیصلے کے بعد جوڈیشل کمیشن آف پاکستان میں پی بی سی ، صوبائی بار کونسلوں اور آئی بی سی ممبروں کی سب کمیٹی نے متفقہ طور پر منظور کیا۔ ذیلی کمیٹی کو توقع ہے کہ فیصلے کو پڑھنے پر چیئرمین نیب رضاکارانہ طور پر اپنا استعفیٰ دے دیں گے۔
یہ اجلاس پی سی سی کے دفتر ، سپریم کورٹ بلڈنگ میں ، اختر حسین کی زیر صدارت ہوا۔
The Pakistani Lawyers’ Council (PBC), the Provincial Bar Association and the Islamabad Bar Council (IBC) urged the NAB chair to resign after the Apex court ruled the Khawaja brothers bailed.
A resolution unanimously adopted by the PBC Subcommittee, Provincial Bar Associations, and Pakistani Judicial Commission IBC members after the historic detailed Supreme Court ruling in the Paragon Housing Society corruption reference states: “The Subcommittee is assuming this.” that the chairman of the NAB will voluntarily submit his resignation while reading the judgment. “
The meeting took place here in the PBC office in the Supreme Court building, chaired by Akhtar Hussain.
