بلوچستان ہائی کورٹ نے آن لائن کلاسوں کے خلاف درخواست منظور کرلی
بلوچستان میں آن لائن کلاسوں کے خلاف ہائیکورٹ میں دائر درخواست سماعت کے لئے منظور کرلی گئی ہے۔ آن لائن کلاسوں کے خلاف دائر درخواست پر بلوچستان ہائیکورٹ میں ابتدائی سماعت ہوئی۔ آن لائن کلاسوں کے خلاف درخواست کی سماعت جسٹس جمال خان مندو خیل اور جسٹس نذیر احمد لانگو پر مشتمل بینچ نے کی۔ اس موقع پر ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (ایچ ای سی) ، رجسٹرار بلوچستان یونیورسٹی ، سیکرٹری تعلیم اور سیکرٹری آئی ٹی کو نوٹسز جاری کردیئے گئے۔
صوبے میں آن لائن کلاسز کے آغاز کے خلاف درخواست کی سماعت 30 جون تک ملتوی کردی گئی ہے۔ دوسری جانب کوئٹہ میں بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس ایکشن کمیٹی اوربلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس آرگنائزیشن کے زیراہتمام بلوچستان میں آن لائن کلاسز کے اجراء کے خلاف علامتی بھوک ہڑتالی کیمپ دوسرے روز بھی جاری ہے۔ کیمپ کے شرکاء نے تعلیمی اداروں کے ذریعہ آن لائن کلاسز کے آغاز کی مذمت کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ انٹرنیٹ اور بجلی سمیت دیگر ضروری سہولیات کے بغیر آن لائن کلاسز کا آغاز قابل قبول نہیں ہے۔
A petition filed in the High Court against online classes in Balochistan has been accepted for hearing. A preliminary hearing was held in the Balochistan High Court on a petition filed against online classes. The petition against the online classes was heard by a bench comprising Justice Jamal Khan Mando Khel and Justice Nazir Ahmed Langu. Notices were issued to the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Registrar Balochistan University, Secretary Education and Secretary IT on the occasion.
The hearing of the petition against the launch of online classes in the province has been adjourned till June 30. On the other hand, a symbolic hunger strike camp in Quetta under the auspices of Baloch Students Action Committee and Baloch Students Organization against the launch of online classes in Balochistan is continuing for the second day. Camp participants have condemned the launch of online classes by educational institutions, saying that the launch of online classes is not acceptable without other necessary facilities, including internet and electricity.
