آڈیٹر جنرل آف پاکستان نے سندھ حکومت کی سال 2019-2020 کی آڈٹ رپورٹ جاری کی
Financial irregularities of more than Rs 163 billion have been revealed in the financial system of Sindh.
The Auditor General of Pakistan has released another alarming audit report for the year 2019-2020. According to report corruption and irregularities of more than 163 billion rupees in Sindh.
The audit report revealed that the PPP government has distributed Rs. 3 billion against the rules to reward employees and employees of their choice, while Rs. The Sindh government has spent a record Rs 113 billion without documentary evidence.
According to the audit report, the Sindh government has given loans of 2 billion rupees to employees and officers who have not yet been repaid. The report also revealed that the Sindh government, despite having its own insurance company, had hired a private insurance company and paid 12 crore Rs to the said private company from the provincial treasury against the rules.
According to the report, the Sindh government did not disclose the record of return of Rs 9 billion, which came in investments, while suspicious payments of Rs 90 million in terms of monthly pension were also revealed. The report also said that Rs 998 million had been spent from the budget.

آڈیٹر جنرل آف پاکستان نے سال 2019-2020 کے لیے ایک اور تشویشناک آڈٹ رپورٹ جاری کی ہے۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق سندھ میں 163 ارب روپے سے زائد کی بدعنوانی اور بے ضابطگیاں۔
آڈٹ رپورٹ میں انکشاف ہوا ہے کہ پیپلز پارٹی کی حکومت نے 10 کروڑ روپے تقسیم کیے ہیں۔ ملازمین اور ملازمین کو اپنی پسند کے انعامات دینے کے لیے قوانین کے خلاف 3 ارب روپے جبکہ سندھ حکومت نے بغیر دستاویزی ثبوت کے ریکارڈ 113 ارب روپے خرچ کیے ہیں۔
آڈٹ رپورٹ کے مطابق سندھ حکومت نے ایسے ملازمین اور افسران کو 2 ارب روپے کے قرضے دئیے ہیں جو ابھی تک ادا نہیں کیے گئے۔ رپورٹ میں یہ بات بھی سامنے آئی ہے کہ سندھ حکومت نے اپنی انشورنس کمپنی ہونے کے باوجود ایک نجی انشورنس کمپنی کی خدمات حاصل کی تھیں اور قواعد کے خلاف صوبائی خزانے سے مذکورہ نجی کمپنی کو 12 کروڑ روپے ادا کیے تھے۔
رپورٹ کے مطابق سندھ حکومت نے 9 ارب روپے کی واپسی کا ریکارڈ ظاہر نہیں کیا جو سرمایہ کاری میں آیا جبکہ ماہانہ پنشن کی مد میں 90 ملین روپے کی مشکوک ادائیگیوں کا بھی انکشاف ہوا۔ رپورٹ میں یہ بھی کہا گیا کہ بجٹ سے 998 ملین روپے خرچ کیے گئے۔
