اسد عمر نے محرم اور 14 اگست کے اجتماعات کے دوران احتیاط برتنے کا مطالبہ کیا
جمعہ کے روز نیشنل کمانڈ اینڈ آپریشن سنٹر (این سی او سی) کو آگاہ کیا گیا کہ یوم آزادی اور محرم کے مواقع سے قبل معاشرتی دوری ، چہرے کے ماسک پہننے اور معیاری آپریٹنگ طریقہ کار (ایس او پیز) کی تعمیل کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے ایک مکمل ضابطہ اخلاق تیار کیا گیا ہے۔
این سی او کی صبح کا اجلاس وفاقی وزیر برائے منصوبہ بندی ، ترقیات اور خصوصی اقدام اسد عمر کی زیر صدارت ہوا۔ فورم نے سڑک کے نقشے پر لمبائی میں غور کیا اور مختلف شعبوں کے افتتاحی مراحل اور یوم آزادی اور محرم سمیت آئندہ دو اہم واقعات پر اقدامات اٹھائے۔
فورم کو بتایا گیا کہ چہرے کے ماسک پہننے سے سادہ کپڑوں کے ماسک پہننا کوویڈ-19 پر مشتمل ہے۔
اس موقع پر اسد عمر نے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ صحت کے رہنما خطوط کے ساتھ مختلف شعبوں کو کھولنا چاہئے۔ کورونا وائرس کا خطرہ اب بھی موجود ہے اور اگر صحت کے رہنما خطوط پر عمل نہیں کیا جاتا ہے تو پھر ہمیشہ خطرہ رہتا ہے کہ بیماری دوبارہ پھیل سکتی ہے۔
اسد عمر نے کہا ، “پاکستانی عوام بہت جوابدہ رہے ہیں اور انہوں نے صحت کے مختلف رہنما خطوط پر بہت صبر و تحمل کا مظاہرہ کیا ہے۔ اگر محرم تک اسی جذبے پر عمل کیا جائے تو اس سے صحت کے چیلنجوں کو کم کرنے میں مدد ملے گی۔
اسد عمر نے وفاقی اور صوبائی انتظامیہ پر زور دیا کہ وہ آئندہ محرم کے دوران موثر اقدامات کے ذریعے عوام کی حفاظت کو یقینی بنائیں۔
وفاقی وزیر داخلہ بریگیڈیئر (ر) اعجاز احمد شاہ ، وزیر اعظم کے معاون خصوصی (ایس اے پی ایم) برائے صحت ڈاکٹر فیصل سلطان اور دیگر نے بھی اجلاس میں شرکت کی۔
The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) was informed on Friday that a full code of conduct was in place to ensure social distancing, the wearing of face masks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) prior to Independence Day and Muharram occasions.
The NCOC morning session was chaired by Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Asad Umar. The forum dealt extensively with the roadmap and actions following the development of various sectors and upcoming two major events, including Independence Day and Muharram.
The forum was informed that wearing face masks, including simple fabric masks, helps curb the spread of COVID-19.
On that occasion, Asad Umar said that opening up various sectors should be followed by health policies. The coronavirus threat was still present and if health guidelines were not followed there was always a risk that the disease could spread again.
Asad Umar said, “The people of Pakistan have been very responsive and have shown great patience and compliance with various health guidelines. If the same spirit is pursued until Muharram it will help alleviate the health challenges. “
Asad Umar urged the federal and provincial governments to ensure public safety and well-being through effective measures during the upcoming Muharram.
Federal Minister of the Interior Brig (Retd) Ejaz Ahmed Shah, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) for Health, Dr. Faisal Sultan and others attended the meeting.
