نواز شریف کی گرفتاری کے وارنٹ جاری کر دئے گئے، توشہ خانہ ریفرنس
احتساب عدالت نے توشہ خانہ ریفرنس میں سابق وزیر اعظم اور مسلم لیگ (ن) کے رہنما میاں محمد نواز شریف کے خلاف تحریری وارنٹ گرفتاری جاری کردیئے۔
احتساب عدالت نمبر 3 کے جج سید اصغر علی نے توشہ خانہ ریفرنس کی سماعت کے لئے تحریری فیصلہ جاری کیا۔
تحریری حکم میں کہا گیا ہے کہ نواز شریف کے اپارٹمنٹ میں تعینات سیکیورٹی گارڈ عبد المجید نے سمن قبول کرنے سے انکار کردیا تھا۔
عدالت کے تحریری حکم میں کہا گیا ہے کہ نواز شریف کے وارنٹ گرفتاری کی تعمیل رپورٹ کی روشنی میں ، ان کی عدم موجودگی پر گرفتاری کا وارنٹ جاری کیا گیا تھا۔
تحریری حکم میں کہا گیا ہے کہ سابق صدر آصف علی زرداری کی شرکت سے استثنیٰ کی درخواست صرف ایک دن کے لئے قبول کرلی گئی۔ عدالتی حکم کے مطابق سابق صدر زرداری 11 جون کو اگلی توشہ خانہ ریفرنس کی سماعت میں پیش ہوں گے۔
عدالتی حکم کے مطابق سابق وزیر اعظم نواز شریف اور یوسف رضا گیلانی کے علاوہ دیگر ملزمان انور مجید اور عبدالغنی مجید کو بھی اس کیس میں پیش ہونا چاہئے۔
عدالتنے نے پراسیکیوٹر کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ آئندہ سماعت پر بل کی کاپیاں پیش کریں۔
The accountability court (NAB) issued a written arrest warrant against former prime minister and PML-N leader Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in the Tosha Khana reference.
Judge Syed Asghar Ali of Accountability Court No. 3 issued a written decision for the hearing of the Toshikhana reference.
The written order said that Abdul Majeed, a security guard posted at Nawaz Sharif’s apartment, had refused to accept the summons.
The court’s written order said that in the light of the compliance report on Nawaz Sharif’s arrest warrant, an arrest warrant was issued in his absence.
The written order said that former President Asif Ali Zardari’s request for exemption from participation was accepted for one day only. According to the court order, former President Zardari will appear in the next Toshakhana reference hearing on June 11.
According to the court order, besides former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and Yousuf Raza Gilani, other accused Anwar Majeed and Abdul Ghani Majeed should also appear in the case.
The court directed the prosecutor to produce copies of the bill at the next hearing.
