احتساب عدالت نے آشیانہ ریفرنس میں نیب کے گواہوں کو طلب کرلیا
احتساب عدالت نے پاکستان مسلم لیگ نواز (مسلم لیگ ن) کے صدر اور اپوزیشن لیڈر میاں شہباز شریف کے خلاف آشیانہ ریفرنس میں نیب کے گواہوں کو طلب کیا ہے۔
احتساب عدالت کے جج امجد نذیر چودھری کی سربراہی میں آج ہونے والی سماعت میں ، میاں محمد شہباز شریف کے مقرر نمائندے نواز ایڈووکیٹ ان کی جگہ پر موجود تھے۔
شہباز شریف کے وکلاء نے نشاندہی کی کہ پنجاب بار کونسل نے کوئٹہ میں خودکش حملے میں وکلا کی ہلاکت پر ہڑتال کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ لہذا ، ہڑتال ختم ہونے تک کارروائی ملتوی کردی جانی چاہئے۔
عدالت نے وکلا کی درخواست پر ریفرنس کی سماعت 13 اگست تک ملتوی کردی۔ جیل حکام نے ریفرنس میں شریک ملزم سابق ڈی جی ایل ڈی اے احد چیمہ کو بھی عدالت میں پیش کیا۔
The Accountability Court has summoned NAB witnesses in Aashiana against the President and opposition leader of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Mian Shehbaz Sharif.
At today’s hearing under Accountability Court Judge Amjad Nazir Chaudhry, Nawaz Advocate, appointed by Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, was present in his place.
Shehbaz Sharif’s lawyers pointed out that the Punjab Bar Council had announced a strike over the deaths of lawyers in a suicide bombing in Quetta. Therefore, the proceedings should be postponed until the strike is abandoned.
At the request of the lawyers, the court adjourned the hearing until August 13th. The prison authorities had also brought the former DG LDA Ahad Cheema, who was also accused in the reference, on trial.
