At least 200 other Pakistanis were stranded on Tuesday due to the coronavirus pandemic and cessation of flight operations in Qatar and returned to their country on a special flight from Pakistan International Airlines (PIA).
According to a PIA spokesman, a special flight by the national carrier coronavirus pandemic brought fellow countrymen stranded from Doha to Jinnah International Airport in Karachi.
He said CAA officials had taken all passengers to a local hotel quarantine facility to be checked and tested for COVID-19.
The PIA special flight with 120 stranded Pakistanis had previously left Shah Jalal International Airport in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The flight will bring back 120 Pakistanis, including 66 students who were stranded in Bangladesh after international air traffic was suspended to curb the spread of the corona virus.
Pakistani High Commissioner for Dhaka Imran Ahmed Siddiqui was present at Shah Jalal Airport to monitor flight preparations and say goodbye to the passengers. On this occasion, he stressed the importance the Pakistani government attaches to the repatriation of stranded Pakistanis from around the world.

انہوں نے کہا کہ سی اے اے کے عہدیداروں نے تمام مسافروں کو اسکرین کے لئے مقامی ہوٹل میں قائم ایک قرنطینہ میں منتقل کیا اور ان کو کورونا کے ٹیسٹ کے بعس جانے دیا جائے گا۔
کورونیوائرس کے پھیلاؤ کو روکنے کے لئے بین الاقوامی ہوائی سفر معطل ہونے کے بعد یہ پرواز بنگلہ دیش میں پھنسے ہوئے 66 طلباء سمیت 120 پاکستانیوں کو واپس لائی –
