According to sources, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has agreed to set up a joint investigation team to identify the culprits of the wheat-sugar crisis.
NAB Rawalpindi was commissioned with the primary investigations into the national wheat and sugar crisis scandal. Irfan Naeem Mangi, Director General of NAB Rawalpindi, will lead the joint investigation team, which is made up of people from other law enforcement agencies in the country.
The investigation team will have the authority to interview anyone who they believe may be related to the crime, sources added.
