Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that Pakistan is still the cheapest country in the world and Pakistan has the cheapest petrol and diesel among the importing countries.
Addressing a function in Peshawar on the components of the Micro Health Insurance Program under the Successful Pakistan Program, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that when he started politics and formed a party, the aim was to create a welfare state as the state of Madina was a welfare state.

He said that the treatment of cancer is the most expensive in the world. When his mother became ill, he realized how difficult it is to get treatment. Then he thought of building a cancer hospital. When the announcement was made, people did not understand. How could that be, people laughed but we succeeded in our mission.
Imran Khan said that the treatment is very expensive, it is very difficult to get treatment for the poor as well as the white-clad class, the facility of treatment is the greatest blessing.
He said that health cards are being issued in the whole of Punjab in three months. Under the health card, health insurance facility of up to Rs. 1 million will be provided to each family. Even in the richest countries there is no universal health insurance service.
He said that our government wants to provide relief to the poor people, various measures are being taken to provide relief to the people, to provide relief to the poor and economically weaker sections, a ration ration program has been started, necessary under the program. They are giving subsidy on goods and Rs. 120 billion has been allocated for ration program to subsidize ghee, flour and pulses.
The Prime Minister asked the members of PTI National and Provincial Assemblies to inform the people about the program and get them registered in the program.

Imran Khan said that our government is giving 4 things to 2 million families, the government is providing interest free loans of Rs. is being done.
“We are providing technical education to one person out of 2 million families. To provide shelter to the poor, the government will provide interest-free loans to 2.7 million families, while providing health cards to the people in the provinces under our government,” he said. Are doing

“When the government took over, the treasury was empty. Those who take loans go for loan installments and interest payments on it. If we have money, we should take more steps to provide relief to the people,” he said.
“This is the first government in history to have a long-term plan. We are building 10 big dams in the country so that the precious water from rains and glaciers is not wasted,” he said.
Earlier, the Prime Minister inaugurated the program under which 7.5 million families in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would get free medical treatment up to Rs. 1 million.

وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ 2013 میں مخلوط حکومت تھی لیکن اپنی کارکردگی کی وجہ سے ہم نے 2018 کے انتخابات دو تہائی اکثریت سے جیتے۔ خیبرپختونخوا کے عوام میں بہت زیادہ سیاسی شعور ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ 2013 میں جب حکومت بنی تو یہ صوبہ سب سے زیادہ تباہی کا شکار تھا، دہشت گردی عروج پر تھی لیکن ہماری حکومت نے تباہ حال صوبے کو ترقی کی راہ پر ڈالا، یو این ڈی پی کی رپورٹ میں کہا گیا کہ خیبرپختونخوا میں سب سے زیادہ غربت آئی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ کینسر کا علاج دنیا میں سب سے مہنگا ہے۔ جب اس کی ماں بیمار ہوئی تو اسے احساس ہوا کہ علاج کروانا کتنا مشکل ہے۔ پھر اس نے کینسر ہسپتال بنانے کا سوچا۔ جب اعلان ہوا تو لوگوں کو سمجھ نہیں آئی۔ یہ کیسے ہوسکتا ہے، لوگ ہنسے لیکن ہم اپنے مشن میں کامیاب ہوگئے۔
عمران خان نے کہا کہ علاج بہت مہنگا ہے، غریب کے ساتھ ساتھ سفید پوش طبقے کے لیے بھی علاج کروانا بہت مشکل ہے، علاج کی سہولت سب سے بڑی نعمت ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ تین ماہ میں پورے پنجاب میں ہیلتھ کارڈ جاری کیے جا رہے ہیں۔ ہیلتھ کارڈ کے تحت، روپے تک کی ہیلتھ انشورنس کی سہولت۔ ہر خاندان کو 10 لاکھ روپے فراہم کیے جائیں گے۔ یہاں تک کہ امیر ترین ممالک میں بھی یونیورسل ہیلتھ انشورنس سروس نہیں ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ہماری حکومت غریب عوام کو ریلیف دینا چاہتی ہے، عوام کو ریلیف دینے کے لیے مختلف اقدامات کیے جا رہے ہیں، غریب اور معاشی طور پر کمزور طبقات کو ریلیف دینے کے لیے راشن پروگرام شروع کیا گیا ہے، پروگرام کے تحت ضروری ہے۔ وہ سامان پر سبسڈی دے رہے ہیں اور روپے۔ گھی، آٹا اور دالوں پر سبسڈی دینے کے لیے راشن پروگرام کے لیے 120 ارب روپے مختص کیے گئے ہیں۔
وزیراعظم نے پی ٹی آئی کے اراکین قومی و صوبائی اسمبلی سے کہا کہ وہ لوگوں کو پروگرام کے بارے میں آگاہ کریں اور پروگرام میں اپنی رجسٹریشن کرائیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ میرا اندازہ ہے کہ مہنگائی ہے، مہنگائی نہ صرف پاکستان بلکہ پوری دنیا میں بڑھی ہے، مہنگائی میں اضافے کی وجہ کورونا وائرس ہے جس کے نتیجے میں اشیاء کی قیمتوں میں اضافہ ہوا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم تیل، گھی جیسی چیزوں کی قیمتوں کو کیسے کنٹرول کرتے ہیں جو ہم درآمد کرتے ہیں، پاکستان اب بھی دنیا کا سستا ترین ملک ہے، درآمد کرنے والے ممالک میں سب سے سستا پیٹرول اور ڈیزل پاکستان میں ہے۔
عمران خان نے کہا کہ ہماری حکومت 20 لاکھ خاندانوں کو 4 چیزیں دے رہی ہے، حکومت اربوں روپے کے بلاسود قرضے دے رہی ہے۔ کیا جا رہا ہے.
“ہم 20 لاکھ خاندانوں میں سے ایک فرد کو فنی تعلیم فراہم کر رہے ہیں۔ غریبوں کو پناہ دینے کے لیے حکومت 27 لاکھ خاندانوں کو بلاسود قرضے فراہم کرے گی، جب کہ ہماری حکومت کے تحت صوبوں میں لوگوں کو صحت کارڈ فراہم کیے جائیں گے۔” انہوں نے کہا. کر رہےہیں
انہوں نے کہا کہ حکومت عوام کو ریلیف فراہم کرنے کے لیے ہر ممکن اقدامات کر رہی ہے۔ کورونا کے دوران پاکستان کی کارکردگی کو دنیا نے سراہا ۔ اس کے خلاف ایف آئی آر درج ہو سکتی ہے لیکن پھر پوری دنیا نے ہماری پالیسیوں کی تعریف کی۔
وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ حکومت نوجوانوں کی فلاح و بہبود کے لیے اہم اقدامات کر رہی ہے، ہماری حکومت 63 لاکھ افراد کو وظائف دے رہی ہے، یہ تمام وظائف میرٹ پر دیے جا رہے ہیں اور میں خود اسکالرشپ پروگرام کی نگرانی کر رہا ہوں، یہ وظائف مختلف ہیں۔ کھیتوں میں دیے جا رہے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ جب حکومت نے اقتدار سنبھالا تو خزانہ خالی تھا۔ جو لوگ قرض لیتے ہیں وہ قرض کی اقساط اور اس پر سود کی ادائیگی کے لیے جاتے ہیں۔ اگر ہمارے پاس پیسہ ہے تو ہمیں عوام کو ریلیف فراہم کرنے کے لیے مزید اقدامات کرنے چاہئیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ “یہ تاریخ کی پہلی حکومت ہے جس کے پاس طویل مدتی منصوبہ ہے۔ ہم ملک میں 10 بڑے ڈیم بنا رہے ہیں تاکہ بارشوں اور گلیشیئرز کا قیمتی پانی ضائع نہ ہو۔”
قبل ازیں وزیراعظم نے اس پروگرام کا افتتاح کیا جس کے تحت خیبرپختونخوا میں 75 لاکھ خاندانوں کو 10 لاکھ روپے تک کا مفت علاج فراہم کیا جائے گا۔
