اوپن مارکیٹ میں ڈالر 176 روپے سے مہنگا ہوگیا
The dollar continued to soar, after which it crossed the dollar interbank rate of 174 and the open currency rate of 176.
According to Express News, due to the disability of the government on the condition of granting autonomy to the SBP and the difficulty in getting the bill passed by a two-thirds majority in Parliament due to lack of agreement on debt recovery program in both the foreign exchange markets on Thursday. On the fourth day, the dollar continued to fly fast.
Demand for the dollar from imports and other sectors increased throughout the trading session on Thursday as the dollar was left to market forces at the behest of the IMF.
As a result, the dollar rose further by Rs 1.27 to close at Rs 174.19 on the interbank market at the close of trading. Similarly, in the open currency market, the dollar rose by Rs 1.20 to close at Rs 176.50.
It may be mentioned here that the prices of other commodities including crude oil and coal have started declining in the world market while the International Islamic Trade Financing Corporation has also provided 76 761 million to Pakistan for oil and gas imports. Despite these factors, the dollar continues to fly.
That is why there is a delay in the agreement with the IMF and a possible delay in the release of the 1 billion tranche under the proposed plan by mid-December.
ڈالر کی قیمت میں اضافے کا سلسلہ جاری رہا جس کے بعد ڈالر انٹربینک ریٹ 174 اور اوپن کرنسی ریٹ 176 سے تجاوز کر گیا۔
اسٹیٹ بینک کو خودمختاری دینے کی شرط پر حکومت کی نااہلی اور پارلیمنٹ میں دو تہائی اکثریت سے بل کی منظوری میں مشکلات کے باعث قرضوں کی وصولی کے پروگرام پر اتفاق نہ ہونے کے باعث دونوں غیر ملکی جمعرات کو ایکسچینج مارکیٹوں. چوتھے روز بھی ڈالر کی تیزی سے اڑان جاری رہی۔
جمعرات کو پورے تجارتی سیشن میں درآمدات اور دیگر شعبوں سے ڈالر کی مانگ میں اضافہ ہوا کیونکہ آئی ایم ایف کے کہنے پر ڈالر کو مارکیٹ فورسز پر چھوڑ دیا گیا تھا۔
جس کے نتیجے میں ٹریڈنگ کے اختتام پر انٹربینک مارکیٹ میں ڈالر مزید 1.27 روپے اضافے سے 174.19 روپے پر بند ہوا۔ اسی طرح اوپن کرنسی مارکیٹ میں ڈالر 1.20 روپے اضافے سے 176.50 روپے پر بند ہوا۔
واضح رہے کہ عالمی منڈی میں خام تیل اور کوئلے سمیت دیگر اشیاء کی قیمتیں گرنا شروع ہوگئی ہیں جب کہ انٹرنیشنل اسلامک ٹریڈ فنانسنگ کارپوریشن نے بھی پاکستان کو تیل اور گیس کی درآمد کے لیے 76 کروڑ 10 لاکھ ڈالر فراہم کیے ہیں۔ ان عوامل کے باوجود ڈالر کی اڑان جاری ہے۔
اسی لیے آئی ایم ایف کے ساتھ معاہدے میں تاخیر اور دسمبر کے وسط تک مجوزہ منصوبے کے تحت ایک ارب ڈالر کی قسط کے اجراء میں ممکنہ تاخیر ہے۔
