جماعت اسلامی نے پنڈورا لیکس کی تحقیقات کے لیے سپریم کورٹ سے رجوع کر لیا
Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Sirajul Haq has approached the Supreme Court for investigation of Pandora leaks. Siraj-ul-Haq filed a miscellaneous petition in the Panama Lakes petition. The names of big Pakistani citizens have come up in Pandora Papers, Pandora Papers is a continuation of Panama Lakes, the names of big people like Panama have also come up in Pandora Papers, the government has started the process of investigation on Pandora Papers but no one has come forward yet. No progress. The Panama Lakes petition is already pending in the Supreme Court. The court should also investigate the Pandora Papers along with Panama.
Talking to media on the occasion, Sirajul Haq said that the federal government should have come to the Supreme Court immediately after the Pandora paper came to light but 50 days later the government did nothing. The current government has failed, is helpless. The government would have made JIT but the government showed criminal negligence on Pandora. The government had included all government officials in the cell set up on Pandora Papers. After 50 days, the government cell did not move. Both the government and the opposition are silent on this issue, because everyone is silent because of the big involvement in it.
Amir Jamaat-e-Islami said that Pakistanis today speak against corruption in every square. Due to the lack of anti-corruption system, corruption has not been eradicated till date. The Panama Lakes contained 436 names. Instead of ruling against those involved, he ruled against Nawaz Sharif. Four years later, despite repeated requests, no action was taken against those involved in Panama. The Pandora Paper includes more than 700 people, including Panama and Pandora. Action should be taken against all the people, the establishment of real justice is the duty of the Supreme Court, accountability institutions in the country have failed and are biased.
Siraj-ul-Haq said that snakes are enough in the sleeve for the destruction of Pakistan. Imran Khan used to say that if the leader is fine then everything will be fine. Let the PTI become a stick in their hands, the PTI government cut the NAB and made it a toy, today the NAB can only lay its hands on the poor. Imran Khan is surrounded by mafias. The government people are involved in all the scandals that have come to light in the last three years.
امیر جماعت اسلامی سراج الحق نے سپریم کورٹ میں پنڈورا لیکس کی تحقیقات کے لیے سپریم کورٹ سے رجوع کرلیا۔ سراج الحق نے پاناما لیکس کی درخواست میں ہی متفرق درخواست دائر کی۔ پنڈورا پیپرز میں بڑے پاکستانی شہریوں کے نام سامنے آگئے، پنڈورا پیپرز پاناما لیکس کا تسلسل ہے، پاناما جیسے بڑے لوگوں کے نام بھی پنڈورا پیپرز میں سامنے آئے، حکومت نے پنڈورا پیپرز پر تحقیقات کا عمل شروع کردیا لیکن ابھی تک کوئی سامنے نہیں آیا۔ کوئی پیش رفت نہیں ہوئی۔ پاناما لیکس کی درخواست پہلے ہی سپریم کورٹ میں زیر التوا ہے۔ عدالت پانامہ کے ساتھ پنڈورا پیپرز کی بھی تحقیقات کرے۔
اس موقع پر میڈیا سے بات کرتے ہوئے سراج الحق نے کہا کہ وفاقی حکومت کو پنڈورا پیپر سامنے آنے کے فوراً بعد سپریم کورٹ میں آنا چاہیے تھا لیکن 50 دن گزر گئے حکومت نے کچھ نہیں کیا۔ موجودہ حکومت ناکام ہو چکی ہے، بے بس ہے۔ حکومت جے آئی ٹی بنا دیتی لیکن حکومت نے پنڈورا پر مجرمانہ غفلت کا مظاہرہ کیا۔ حکومت نے پنڈورا پیپرز پر بنائے گئے سیل میں تمام سرکاری افسران کو شامل کیا تھا۔ 50 دن گزرنے کے باوجود حکومتی سیل حرکت میں نہیں آئی۔ اس معاملے پر حکومت اور اپوزیشن دونوں خاموش ہیں، کیوں کہ اس میں بڑے بڑے ملوث ہونے کی وجہ سے سب خاموش ہیں۔
امیر جماعت اسلامی نے کہا کہ پاکستانی آج ہر چوک میں کرپشن کے خلاف بولتے ہیں۔ انسداد بدعنوانی کا نظام نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے آج تک کرپشن کا خاتمہ نہیں ہوسکا۔ پاناما لیکس میں 436 افراد کے نام شامل تھے۔ ملوث افراد کے خلاف فیصلہ کرنے کے بجائے نواز شریف کے خلاف فیصلہ دیا۔ چار سال بعد بار بار کی درخواستوں کے باوجود پانامہ میں ملوث دیگر افراد کے خلاف کوئی کارروائی نہیں کی گئی۔ پنڈورا پیپر میں پانامہ اور پنڈورا سمیت 700 سے زائد افراد شامل ہیں۔ تمام لوگوں کے خلاف کارروائی ہونی چاہیے، حقیقی انصاف کا قیام سپریم کورٹ کا فرض ہے، ملک میں احتساب کے ادارے ناکام اور جانبدار ہو چکے ہیں۔
سراج الحق نے کہا کہ پاکستان کی تباہی کے لیے آستین میں سانپ ہی کافی ہیں، عمران خان کہتے تھے لیڈر ٹھیک ہو گا تو سب ٹھیک ہو جائے گا، عمران خان وزیر اعظم بننے سے پہلے نیب کو آزاد کرنے کی باتیں کرتے تھے اور الیکشن کمیشن کو ان کے ہاتھوں کی لاٹھی بننے دیں، پی ٹی آئی حکومت نے نیب کو کاٹ کر کھلونا بنا دیا، آج نیب صرف غریب پر ہاتھ رکھ سکتا ہے۔ عمران خان مافیاز میں گھرے ہوئے ہیں، پچھلے تین سالوں میں جتنے بھی سکینڈلز سامنے آئے ہیں ان میں حکومت کے لوگ ملوث ہیں، چینی بحران سے 184 ارب اور آٹے کا بحران 220 ارب کا ہوا۔
