پاکستانی ٹیم کی جیت کا جشن منانے پر کشمیری طلبہ کے خلاف دہشت گردی کا مقدمہ
Anti-terrorism cases have been filed against two medical college students celebrating Pakistan’s victory over India in occupied Kashmir.
According to Al-Jazeera, the students are studying at Government Medical College and Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences in Srinagar.
In the videos that went viral on social media, it can be seen that Pakistan’s victory over India in the T20 World Cup was celebrated outside the college hostels.
In this regard, a senior police officer said that cases have been registered against several students under the Prevention of Legal Activities Act (UAPA) for allegedly hurting national sentiments during a cricket match.
No student’s name was mentioned in the registered FIR and no arrest was made in this regard.
Tensions have risen over the attitude of the Indian-administered Kashmir administration against the students, and on the other hand, several Kashmiri students have been tortured by Hindu extremist students to celebrate Pakistan’s victory in the Indian Punjab.
He alleged that he was watching the match in his room.
Online trolling began after the UAPA cases against medical college students and some Twitter handlers said, “These Kashmir students should be sent back to Pakistan and deprived of government jobs in the future.
It may be recalled that during the 2014 Asia Cup tournament, about 60 Kashmiri students were suspended from a college in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh after celebrating Pakistan’s victory over India.
Ravinder Reena, president of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Indian-administered Kashmir, said all those who expressed happiness for “enemy country” Pakistan would soon be in jail.
He said that a case has been registered against those who celebrated the victory of Pakistanis in Kashmir or any other place.
Ravinder Reena said that these people will be identified and they will be behind bars soon.
A Kashmiri human rights lawyer said that chanting “Long live Pakistan” after winning cricket was not a legal offense.
He said the court would dismiss the case against the students but it was practically impossible to get bail under the UAPA Act.
He said that imposing strict law on terrorism on students just for the sake of celebration was very apathetic and harsh.
On the other hand, former Chief Minister of Occupied Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti criticized the attacks on Kashmiris after their reaction to Pakistan’s victory.
Earlier, a Muslim female teacher in the Indian state of Rajasthan was fired for celebrating Pakistan’s victory over India in the T20 World Cup match.
Nafisa Taree wrote in her WhatsApp status, “We won, we won” and at the same time, she also uploaded pictures of Pakistani players in the match on the status.
The report said that the school administration fired Nafisa Attari after seeing a screenshot of her WhatsApp status.

سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل ہونے والی ویڈیوز میں دیکھا جا سکتا ہے کہ ٹی ٹوئنٹی ورلڈ کپ میں بھارت کے خلاف پاکستان کی جیت پر کالج کے ہاسٹلز کے باہر جشن منایا گیا۔
اس سلسلے میں ایک سینئر پولیس افسر نے بتایا کہ کرکٹ میچ کے دوران مبینہ طور پر قومی جذبات کو ٹھیس پہنچانے کے الزام میں کئی طلباء کے خلاف پریوینشن آف لیگل ایکٹیویٹی ایکٹ (یو اے پی اے) کے تحت مقدمات درج کیے گئے ہیں۔
درج ایف آئی آر میں کسی طالب علم کا نام نہیں لیا گیا اور نہ ہی اس سلسلے میں کوئی گرفتاری عمل میں آئی۔
بھارت کے زیر انتظام کشمیر کی انتظامیہ کے طلباء کے خلاف رویے پر کشیدگی بڑھ گئی ہے اور دوسری جانب بھارتی پنجاب میں پاکستان کی جیت کا جشن منانے والے ہندو انتہا پسند طلباء کی جانب سے متعدد کشمیری طلباء کو تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا گیا ہے۔
اس نے الزام لگایا کہ وہ اپنے کمرے میں میچ دیکھ رہے تھے۔
آن لائن ٹرولنگ میڈیکل کالج کے طلباء اور کچھ ٹویٹر ہینڈلرز کے خلاف یو اے پی اے کے مقدمات کے بعد شروع ہوئی، “ان کشمیری طلباء کو پاکستان واپس بھیجا جانا چاہئے اور مستقبل میں سرکاری ملازمتوں سے محروم کیا جانا چاہئے۔
خیال رہے کہ 2014 کے ایشیا کپ ٹورنامنٹ کے دوران بھارت کے خلاف پاکستان کی جیت کا جشن منانے پر شمالی ریاست اتر پردیش کے ایک کالج سے تقریباً 60 کشمیری طلباء کو معطل کر دیا گیا تھا۔
ہندوستان کے زیر انتظام کشمیر میں حکمران جماعت بھارتیہ جنتا پارٹی (بی جے پی) کے صدر رویندر رینا نے کہا کہ “دشمن ملک” پاکستان کے لیے خوشی کا اظہار کرنے والے تمام لوگ جلد ہی جیل میں ہوں گے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ کشمیر یا کسی اور جگہ پاکستانیوں کی جیت کا جشن منانے والوں کے خلاف مقدمہ درج کیا گیا ہے۔
رویندر رینا نے کہا کہ ان لوگوں کی شناخت کر لی جائے گی اور وہ جلد ہی سلاخوں کے پیچھے ہوں گے۔
ایک کشمیری انسانی حقوق کے وکیل نے کہا کہ کرکٹ جیتنے کے بعد ’’پاکستان زندہ باد‘‘ کا نعرہ لگانا قانونی جرم نہیں ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ عدالت طلباء کے خلاف مقدمہ خارج کر دے گی لیکن یو اے پی اے ایکٹ کے تحت ضمانت حاصل کرنا عملی طور پر ناممکن ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ صرف جشن کی خاطر طلباء پر دہشت گردی کا سخت قانون نافذ کرنا انتہائی بے حسی اور سخت ہے۔
دوسری جانب مقبوضہ کشمیر کی سابق وزیر اعلیٰ محبوبہ مفتی نے پاکستان کی جیت پر ردعمل کے بعد کشمیریوں پر حملوں کو تنقید کا نشانہ بنایا۔
اس سے قبل بھارتی ریاست راجستھان میں ایک مسلم خاتون ٹیچر کو ٹی ٹوئنٹی ورلڈ کپ کے میچ میں بھارت کے خلاف پاکستان کی جیت کا جشن منانے پر نوکری سے نکال دیا گیا تھا۔
نفیسہ تاری نے اپنے واٹس ایپ اسٹیٹس میں لکھا کہ ’ہم جیت گئے، ہم جیت گئے‘ اور ساتھ ہی انہوں نے میچ میں پاکستانی کھلاڑیوں کی تصاویر بھی اسٹیٹس پر اپ لوڈ کیں۔
رپورٹ میں کہا گیا کہ اسکول انتظامیہ نے نفیسہ عطاری کو ان کے واٹس ایپ اسٹیٹس کا اسکرین شاٹ دیکھ کر نوکری سے نکال دیا۔
