الیکشن کمیشن نے کے پی میں بلدیاتی انتخابات کے پہلے مرحلے کا شیڈول جاری کر دیا
The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has published the schedule for the first phase of the local body elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
According to the notification issued by the ECP, voting in the first phase of the local body elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will take place on December 19.
According to the notification, elections will be held in Peshawar, Nowshera, Kohat, DI Khan, Lakki Marwat, Malakand, Bajaur, Mardan, Swabi, Karak, Bannu, Tank, Haripur, Khyber, Charsadda, Hangu and Mohmand in the first phase . ۔
The ECP said the returning officials would issue notices for the nomination papers on November 1, after which the candidates would be able to submit the nomination papers from November 4-8.
The returning officials will release the lists of candidates who have submitted their papers on November 9, after which they will examine the nomination documents from November 10 to 12.
Candidates running for local government elections will be able to file appeals for scrutiny from November 13-16, and appeals courts will rule on appeals before November 19, the ECP said.
According to the schedule for the first phase of the local body elections, the revised lists of candidates will be released on November 20, while candidates will be able to withdraw their nomination documents before November 22.
The notice said that the nominees would be assigned electoral symbols on November 23.

The ECP said the results of the first phase would be announced on December 24 after the local government elections on December 19.
Along with the schedule, the Election Commission ordered all officials to comply with the Electoral Code of Conduct.
The ECP said federal and provincial government officials should refrain from influencing the elections.

الیکشن کمیشن کی جانب سے جاری نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق خیبر پختونخوا میں بلدیاتی انتخابات کے پہلے مرحلے میں ووٹنگ 19 دسمبر کو ہوگی۔
نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق پہلے مرحلے میں پشاور ، نوشہرہ ، کوہاٹ ، ڈی آئی خان ، لکی مروت ، مالاکنڈ ، باجوڑ ، مردان ، صوابی ، کرک ، بنوں ، ٹانک ، ہری پور ، خیبر ، چارسدہ ، ہنگو اور مہمند میں انتخابات ہوں گے۔ ۔
الیکشن کمیشن نے کہا کہ ریٹرننگ افسران یکم نومبر کو کاغذات نامزدگی کے لیے نوٹس جاری کریں گے ، جس کے بعد امیدوار 4 سے 8 نومبر تک کاغذات نامزدگی جمع کر سکیں گے۔
ریٹرننگ افسران 9 نومبر کو کاغذات جمع کرانے والے امیدواروں کی فہرستیں جاری کریں گے جس کے بعد وہ 10 سے 12 نومبر تک کاغذات نامزدگی کی جانچ کریں گے۔
الیکشن کمیشن نے کہا کہ بلدیاتی انتخابات میں حصہ لینے والے امیدوار 13 سے 16 نومبر تک جانچ پڑتال کے لیے اپیلیں دائر کر سکیں گے اور اپیل عدالتیں 19 نومبر سے پہلے اپیلوں پر فیصلہ دیں گی۔
بلدیاتی انتخابات کے پہلے مرحلے کے شیڈول کے مطابق امیدواروں کی نظرثانی شدہ فہرستیں 20 نومبر کو جاری کی جائیں گی جبکہ امیدوار 22 نومبر سے قبل اپنے کاغذات نامزدگی واپس لے سکیں گے۔
نوٹس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ نامزد امیدواروں کو 23 نومبر کو انتخابی نشانات تفویض کیے جائیں گے۔
الیکشن کمیشن نے کہا کہ پہلے مرحلے کے نتائج کا اعلان 19 دسمبر کو بلدیاتی انتخابات کے بعد 24 دسمبر کو کیا جائے گا۔
شیڈول کے ساتھ ساتھ الیکشن کمیشن نے تمام عہدیداروں کو انتخابی ضابطہ اخلاق کی تعمیل کا حکم دیا۔
الیکشن کمیشن نے کہا کہ وفاقی اور صوبائی حکومت کے عہدیدار انتخابات پر اثر انداز ہونے سے گریز کریں۔
