ربیع الاول12 کو ملک بھر میں عام تعطیل کا اعلان
The federal government declared 12 Rabi-ul-Awal (October 19, 2021) a national holiday.
The notification issued by the Cabinet Division said that “October 19, 2021 will be a public holiday across the country on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (12 Rabi-ul-Awal).”
Earlier, the Ministry of Religious Affairs had said on October 7 that the tenth mercy for the doers would be observed during Rabi-ul-Awal on the occasion of the Prime Minister’s directive.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs had said in a statement that it has formulated a strategy for the 10th of Mercy for the Worlds and on the orders of the Prime Minister the 10th of Mercy for the Worlds will be celebrated on 3rd to 13th of Rabi ul Awal.
The ministry had said that it was decided in the meeting that speech and sermon competitions on Sira would be held in schools, colleges and seminaries. Awareness will also be provided on women’s rights, increasing sexual violence in society and drug prevention.
Noor-ul-Haq Qadri had said that publishers should give special discounts on Sira books during the 10th Rehmat-ul-Alamin. Various aspects of Sira-e-Taiba will be highlighted through public and private TV channels.
He had said that PEMRA would issue special instructions to public and private TV channels and special promotion of Rabi-ul-Awal programs in other Islamic countries.
Later, on October 10, Prime Minister Imran Khan inaugurated the celebrations of the 10th Rehmat-ul-Alamin.
Prime Minister Imran Khan had said that I have decided that Pakistan will have to change its course, go back to principle and we are going to form Rehmat-ul-Alamin Authority here.
Announcing the creation of the Rehmat-ul-Ulameen Authority, he had said that its purpose was to teach scholars how to teach the life of the Holy Prophet to children and adults and how to bring it into their lives.
Referring to the organization of the authority, he said that it will be in its own pattern, the chairman will be the one who has written the commentary and will cross it, for which we have started searching.
He had said that there would be an advisory board on it all over the world, for which we have also made contacts in the world, under it there would be a Rehmat-ul-Ulameen board, the authority would explain Islam and Sira to the whole world.
He said that it would be the job of a scholar to review the curriculum in schools and at the same time to teach other religions and would like them to be fully aware, the other would do research in the university.
Imran Khan had said that the job of a scholar is to look at the media, social media will see what changes are coming, because we cannot stop the media but we can provide alternatives.
He had said that he would work on cartoons and make his own cartoons, then he would be a scholar of special projects.
The Prime Minister had directed all the ministers to participate in the programs throughout the week and would go ahead and let the children know what the path to greatness was.
وفاقی حکومت نے 12 ربیع الاول (19 اکتوبر 2021) کو قومی تعطیل کا اعلان کیا۔
کابینہ ڈویژن کی جانب سے جاری نوٹیفکیشن میں کہا گیا ہے کہ “19 اکتوبر 2021 عید میلاد النبی (12 ربیع الاول) کے موقع پر ملک بھر میں عام تعطیل ہوگی۔”
اس سے قبل وزارت مذہبی امور نے 7 اکتوبر کو کہا تھا کہ وزیر اعظم کی ہدایت کے موقع پر ربیع الاول کے دوران عبادت کرنے والوں کے لیے دسویں رحمت منائی جائے گی۔
وزارت مذہبی امور نے ایک بیان میں کہا تھا کہ اس نے دنیا کے لیے رحمت کی 10 ویں کے لیے حکمت عملی مرتب کی ہے اور وزیر اعظم کے حکم پر دنیا کے لیے رحمت کی 10 ویں ربیع الاول کی 3 سے 13 تاریخ کو منائی جائے گی۔ .
وزارت نے کہا تھا کہ اجلاس میں یہ فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ سیرت پر تقریر اور خطبے کے مقابلے سکولوں ، کالجوں اور مدارس میں منعقد کیے جائیں گے۔ خواتین کے حقوق ، معاشرے میں بڑھتے ہوئے جنسی تشدد اور منشیات کی روک تھام کے حوالے سے آگاہی بھی فراہم کی جائے گی۔
نور الحق قادری نے کہا تھا کہ پبلشرز کو 10 ویں رحمت العالمین کے دوران سیرت کی کتابوں پر خصوصی رعایت دینی چاہیے۔ سیرت طیبہ کے مختلف پہلوؤں کو سرکاری اور نجی ٹی وی چینلز کے ذریعے اجاگر کیا جائے گا۔
انہوں نے کہا تھا کہ پیمرا سرکاری اور نجی ٹی وی چینلز کو خصوصی ہدایات جاری کرے گا اور دیگر اسلامی ممالک میں ربیع الاول کے پروگراموں کی خصوصی تشہیر کرے گا۔
بعد ازاں 10 اکتوبر کو وزیراعظم عمران خان نے 10 ویں رحمت العالمین کی تقریبات کا افتتاح کیا۔
وزیر اعظم عمران خان نے کہا تھا کہ میں نے فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ پاکستان کو اپنا راستہ بدلنا ہو گا ، اصول پر واپس جانا ہو گا اور ہم یہاں رحمت العالمین اتھارٹی بنانے جا رہے ہیں۔
رحمت العالمین اتھارٹی کے قیام کا اعلان کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا تھا کہ اس کا مقصد علماء کو یہ سکھانا ہے کہ بچوں اور بڑوں کو حضور کی زندگی کیسے سکھائی جائے اور اسے اپنی زندگی میں کیسے لایا جائے۔
اتھارٹی کی تنظیم کا حوالہ دیتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ اپنے انداز میں ہوگا ، چیئرمین وہی ہوگا جس نے تفسیر لکھی ہے اور اسے پار کرے گا ، جس کے لیے ہم نے تلاش شروع کردی ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا تھا کہ اس پر پوری دنیا میں ایک ایڈوائزری بورڈ ہوگا ، جس کے لیے ہم نے دنیا میں رابطے بھی کیے ہیں ، اس کے تحت ایک رحمت العالمین بورڈ ہوگا ، اتھارٹی اسلام اور سیرت کی وضاحت کرے گی ساری دنیا.
انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ ایک عالم کا کام ہوگا کہ وہ سکولوں میں نصاب پر نظرثانی کرے اور ساتھ ہی دوسرے مذاہب کی تعلیم بھی دے اور چاہے کہ وہ مکمل طور پر آگاہ ہو ، دوسرا یونیورسٹی میں تحقیق کرے۔
عمران خان نے کہا تھا کہ ایک عالم کا کام میڈیا کو دیکھنا ہے ، سوشل میڈیا دیکھے گا کہ کیا تبدیلیاں آرہی ہیں ، کیونکہ ہم میڈیا کو نہیں روک سکتے لیکن ہم متبادل فراہم کرسکتے ہیں۔
اس نے کہا تھا کہ وہ کارٹون پر کام کرے گا اور اپنے کارٹون خود بنائے گا ، پھر وہ خصوصی منصوبوں کا عالم ہوگا۔
وزیر اعظم نے تمام وزراء کو ہفتے بھر کے پروگراموں میں حصہ لینے کی ہدایت کی تھی اور آگے بڑھ کر بچوں کو بتائیں گے کہ عظمت کا راستہ کیا ہے۔
