پارلیمانی کمیٹی نے منشیات کی قیمتوں میں فوری طور پر بڑے پیمانے پر اضافے کے خلاف اقدامات کرنے کا مشورہ دیا

The prices of the drugs are increasing day by day and becoming out of reach of a common person. The sub-committee of the National Assembly Standing Committee on National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination took a notice against the massive increase in drug prices.

The parliamentary committee held a meeting with Chairman Dr. Nisar Ahmad Cheema and discussed about this serious issue.

The committee discussed on the performance of the Drugs Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. Issues related to registrations of pharmaceutical companies, quality assessment of raw materials and products and prices of the drugs as well.

The committee suggested that an immediate action is mandatory to decrease the prices of the drugs as a poor man is unable to affordable medicines with a high and out of reach price.

The committee also asked to make DRAP as active and efficient according international standards. The parliamentary committee further suggested to make more improvements in DRAP affairs. 

منشیات کی قیمتیں روز بروز بڑھتی جارہی ہیں اور عام آدمی کی رسائ سے دور ہوتی جارہی ہیں۔ قومی اسمبلی کی قائمہ کمیٹی برائے قومی صحت کی خدمات ، ضابطوں اور کوآرڈینیشن کی ذیلی کمیٹی نے منشیات کی قیمتوں میں بڑے پیمانے پر اضافے کے خلاف نوٹس لیا ۔

پارلیمانی کمیٹی نے چیئرمین ڈاکٹر نثار احمد چیمہ سے ملاقات کی اور اس سنگین مسئلے پر تبادلہ خیال کیا۔

کمیٹی نے ڈرگس ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی آف پاکستان کی کارکردگی پر تبادلہ خیال کیا۔ ادویہ ساز کمپنیوں کی رجسٹریشن ، خام مال اور مصنوعات کا معیار جائزہ اور ادویات کی قیمتوں سے متعلق امور۔

کمیٹی نے مشورہ دیا کہ منشیات کی قیمتوں میں کمی کے لئے فوری طور پر کارروائی لازمی ہے کیونکہ ایک غریب آدمی زیادہ قیمت سے باہر تک دوائیاں برداشت کرنے سے قاصر ہے۔

کمیٹی نے بین الاقوامی معیار کے مطابق ڈی آر اے پی کو فعال اور موثر بنانے کے لئے بھی کہا۔ پارلیمانی کمیٹی نے مزید ڈراپ معاملات میں مزید بہتری لانے کی تجویز پیش کی۔
