وزیر اعظم عمران خان کو سندھ میں 19 تعمیراتی منصوبوں کی منظوری کے بارے میں بتایا گیا ہے جو وفاقی حکومت کے ذریعہ 13.8 ارب روپے کی لاگت سے مکمل کی جائے گی۔
وزیر اعظم عمران خان کی زیرصدارت قومی رابطہ کمیٹی (این سی سی) برائے ہائوسنگ ، تعمیرات و ترقیات کا اجلاس ہوا ، جس میں سینیٹر شبلی فراز ، وفاقی وزیر ملک امین اسلم ، ایس اے پی ایم عاصم سلیم باجوہ ، ذوالفقار بخاری ، ڈاکٹر ہوئے۔ شہباز گل اور انور علی حیدر نے شرکت کی۔ اسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان (ایس بی پی) کے گورنر رضا باقر، فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو (ایف بی آر) کے چیئرمین ، جنرل سیکریٹریز ، سینئر عہدیداروں اور پاکستان (آباد) کے ایسوسی ایشن بلڈرز اینڈ ڈویلپرز کے نمائندوں نے شرکت کی۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ مختلف تعمیراتی منصوبوں کے تمام مراحل بغیر کسی مداخلت کے مکمل ہوجاتے ہیں۔ وزیر اعظم نے متعلقہ حکام کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ سرکاری طور پر منظور شدہ رہائشی احاطوں کی تاریخوں کے ساتھ ویب سائٹس کو روزانہ اپ ڈیٹ کریں۔ وزیر اعظم عمران خان نے مزید بتایا کہ بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانیوں کو بھی رہائشی منصوبوں کے بارے میں آگاہ کیا جانا چاہئے۔
وزیر اعظم عمران خان نے رہائشی کالونیوں کے ناموں کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے غیر منظور شدہ مالی دھوکہ دہی پر مبنی پروگراموں کی تشہیر کے منصوبوں پر عمل درآمد کرنے کی ہدایت بھی جاری کردی۔
وزیر اعظم عمران خان نے ستمبر کے وسط تک تمام بڑے شہروں کے ماسٹر پلانس کی تنظیم نو اور ڈیجیٹل پورٹل کو مکمل کرنے کی ہدایت کی۔
وزیر اعظم نے کہا کہ تعمیراتی شعبے کو فروغ دینا معاشی استحکام اور مالی سرگرمیوں کی بحالی میں اہم کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔

Prime Minister Imran Khan was informed about the approval of 19 construction projects in Sindh. As part of the plans, authorities will begin construction on 3.8 million square feet of land.
The approved projects will be completed at a cost of Rs. 13.8 billion with the commencement of economic activities of about Rs. 30 billion.
The representative of the builders and contractors welcomed the steps taken by the government in promoting the construction sector and the personal interest of the Prime Minister.
He said that all the phases of various construction projects are completed without any interference.
