بی آر ٹی پروجیکٹ جلد ہی عوام کے لئے کھول دیا جائے گا
خیبر پختونخواہ (کے پی کے) وزیر خزانہ اور وزیر صحت تیمور سلیم جھگڑا نے کہا کہ بس ریپڈ ٹرانزٹ پشاور جلد عوام کے لئے کھول دیا جائے گا۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق ، ایک حالیہ بیان میں (کے پی کے) وزیر خزانہ اور وزیر صحت تیمور سلیم جھگڑا نے کہا کہ بی آر ٹی پروجیکٹ ہفتوں میں عوام کے لئے کھلا ہوگا۔
تدابیر کے ساتھ ، انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ منصوبہ اگست یا ستمبر میں قابل رسائی ہوگا۔
صوبائی وزیر نے کہا کہ اس پروجیکٹ کو کچھ پریشانیوں کا سامنا کرنا پڑا ہے ، اور اس پر وزیر اعلی محمود خان نے بھی دباؤ ڈالا تھا۔
انہوں نے اعتراف کیا کہ اس منصوبے میں حکومت کی جانب سے غلطیاں ہیں جن کو بہتر طریقے سے انجام دیا جاسکتا تھا۔
وزیر خزانہ نے کہا کہ دنیا میں ایسی کوئی حکومت نہیں ہے جو غلطیاں نہ کرے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ جب لوگ سیاسی طور پر ہر چیز کا دفاع کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں تو یہ غلط ہے۔
جھگڑا نے کہا ، جب اس منصوبے پر دباؤ ڈالا گیا جب چھ ماہ کی ڈیڈ لائن دی گئی۔
وزیر نے کہا ، بی آر ٹی پشاور منصوبے پر 70 ارب روپے لاگت آئے گی ، جس میں زر مبادلہ کی شرح بھی شامل ہے۔
جھگڑا نے مزید کہا کہ قرض کی واپسی کا انحصار رقم کی مستقبل کی قیمت پر ہوتا ہے لیکن قرض کی شرائط و ضوابط کوئی مسئلہ نہیں ہیں۔
وزیر نے کہا ، “خیبر پختون خواہ نے نہ صرف پچھلے پانچ سالوں کے دوران انتہائی ذمہ داری سے کام کیا کیونکہ اس کے بجٹ میں سے صرف 2٪ یا اس سے کم رقم 10 ارب روپے کی رقم میں ادا کی جاتی ہے ،”
تیمور جھگڑا نے کہا کہ حکومت نے اگلے 40 سالوں تک قرضوں کی پروفائلنگ تیار کرلی ہے۔
“پروجیکٹ تقریبا مکمل ہوچکا ہے کیونکہ پہلے سے کمیشن کی وسیع پیمانے پر جانچ جاری ہے اور یہ صرف ہفتوں کی بات ہے جب ہم اسے اگست یا ستمبر میں عام لوگوں کے لئے کھولیں گے۔”
یہ معلوم ہو کہ میگا پروجیکٹ ، جو اکتوبر 2017 میں شروع کیا گیا تھا ، اپریل 2018 میں مکمل ہونا تھا۔
منصوبے کی یہ پہلی ڈیڈ لائن تھی جو پوری نہیں ہوئی تھی۔
تاہم اس کے بعد صوبائی حکومت نے 30 جون 2018 ، اور پھر 31 دسمبر ، 2018 ، اور 23 مارچ ، 2019 کو کئی دیگر ڈیڈ لائن دی۔
لیکن ابھی تک یہ منصوبہ شروع ہونا باقی ہے۔
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Minister of Finance and Health, Taimur Saleem Jhagra, said the Peshawar Rapid Transit bus would soon open to the public.
In a recently released statement (KPK), Finance and Health Minister Taimur Saleem Jhagra said the BRT project would be open to the public in weeks.
Preliminary, he said the project would be accessible in either August or September.
The provincial minister said the project had suffered from some problems and the same was stressed by Prime Minister Mahmood Khan.
He admitted that the project contains government errors that could have been done better.
The finance minister said there is no government in the world that does not make mistakes.
He added that it is wrong for people to try to defend everything politically.
“The project came under pressure when the six-month deadline was set,” Jhagra said.
The BRT Peshawar project will cost 70 billion rupees including exchange rates, the minister said.
Jhagrda added that the debt repayment depends on the future value of the money, but the terms of the loan are not a problem.
“The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has not only acted very responsibly in the past five years, with only 2% or less of its budget of Rs 10 billion going into debt servicing,” the minister said.
Taimur Jhagrda said the government had created the debt profile for the next 40 years.
“The project is almost complete as extensive pre-commissioning testing is in full swing and it will only be a matter of weeks before we open it to the general public in either August or September.”

This was the first deadline for the project that was not met.
However, after that, the provincial government gave several other deadlines, June 30, 2018 and then December 31, 2018 and March 23, 2019.
However, the project is still pending.
