پرائیویٹ اسکولز فیڈریشن نے 15 ستمبر سے اسکول دوبارہ کھولنے کے حکومتی فیصلے کو قبول نہیں کیا
آل پاکستان پرائیویٹ اسکولز فیڈریشن (اے پی پی ایس ایف) نے 15 ستمبر سے اسکول کھولنے کے حکومت کے فیصلے کو مسترد کردیا ہے ، ابتدائی افتتاحی پر زور دیتے ہوئے۔
وفاقی وزیر تعلیم شفقت محمود کے وسط ستمبر سے تمام تعلیمی ادارے کھولنے کے اعلان پر رد عمل کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے ، فیڈریشن کے صدر کاشف مرزا نے کہا ہے کہ اگر حکومت نے انہیں 15 اگست سے ملک بھر میں اسکول کھولنے کی اجازت نہیں دی تو وہ کریں گے۔ یہ ویسے بھی.
انہوں نے کہا کہ رواں ماہ کی 15 تاریخ سے اداروں کو کھولنے والے مالکان کو قانونی تحفظ فراہم کرنے کے لئے ایک قانونی سیل قائم کیا گیا ہے ، انہوں نے متنبہ کیا کہ رکاوٹوں کی صورت میں اے پی پی ایس ایف اسلام آباد کی طرف مارچ کرے گا۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ معیاری آپریٹنگ طریقہ کار (ایس او پیز) کے تحت اسکولوں کو دوسرے محکموں کی طرح کھولنا چاہئے ، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ حکومت کی سختی کی وجہ سے ملک بھر میں 75 ملین طلباء اپنے آئینی حقوق سے محروم ہیں۔
All Pakistan Private Schools Federation (APPSF) rejected the government’s decision to open schools starting September 15 and insisted that it be opened soon.
Kashif Mirza, President of the Federation, reacted to the announcement by the Federal Minister of Education Shafqat Mahmood that all educational institutions would be opening from mid-September. If the government doesn’t allow them to open schools across the country by August 15th, they will anyway.
A legal cell has been set up to provide legal protection to owners opening facilities from the 15th of this month, he said, warning that the APPSF will march towards Islamabad if there are obstacles.
He also said that schools, like other departments, should be opened under standard operating procedures (SOPs), adding that 75 million students across the country are being robbed of their constitutional rights due to government rigidities.
