During a meeting, policymakers suggested changing the rules to enable top-level positions in public sector organizations to be recruited through headhunting. The Prime Minister’s Advisor on Institutional Reforms and austerity measures, Dr. Ishrat Husain said that in his report he made four recommendations to the cabinet, including headhunting as a recruitment method for executives from key public sector organizations.
