وزراء نے 5 اگست کو آئی او کے کی صورتحال کو اجاگر کرنے پر مشاورت کی
وزیر خارجہ شاہ محمود قریشی ، وزیر تعلیم شفقت محمود اور وزیر منصوبہ بندی اسد عمر نے منگل کو یہاں ملاقات کی اور ہندوستانی مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر (آئی او جے کے) میں انسانی حقوق کی بدترین خلاف ورزیوں کو اجاگر کرنے پر گہری مشاورت کی۔
وزراء نے گذشتہ 5 اگست سے آئی او جے کے میں عائد کرفیو کی طرف دنیا کی توجہ مبذول کروانے کی اہمیت پر تبادلہ خیال کیا – جس دن بھارت نے کشمیر کی خصوصی حیثیت کو کالعدم قرار دیا تھا۔
وزرا نے ملک میں کورونویرس کی موجودہ صورتحال پر بھی تبادلہ خیال کیا۔
وزیر خارجہ قریشی نے کہا کہ محدود وسائل کے باوجود حکومت نے وبائی امراض کے پھیلاؤ کو روکنے کے لئے موثر اقدامات کیے۔
انہوں نے بتایا کہ پوری دنیا میں وزیر اعظم عمران خان کی سمارٹ لاک ڈاؤن پالیسی کو تسلیم کیا جارہا ہے۔
وزیر خارجہ نے کورون وائرس کے چیلنج سے بہتر طور پر نمٹنے کے لئے آئندہ عیدالاضحی کے دوران حفاظتی ہدایات پر عمل درآمد کو یقینی بنانے پر زور دیا۔
وزرا نے ملک کی مجموعی سیاسی صورتحال پر بھی تبادلہ خیال کیا۔
Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Minister of Education Shafqat Mehmood and Minister of Planning Asad Umar met here on Tuesday and held in-depth consultations to highlight the ongoing worst human rights violations in the occupied Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IOJK).
Ministers discussed the importance of drawing the world’s attention to the curfew that had been imposed in IOJK since August 5, the day India revoked Kashmir’s special status.
The ministers also exchanged views on the current situation of the corona virus in the country.
Foreign Minister Qureshi said that despite limited resources, the government had taken effective measures to curb the spread of the pandemic.
He mentioned that Prime Minister Imran Khan’s smart blocking policy is recognized worldwide.
The Foreign Minister stressed that security policies would be implemented during the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha to better address the coronavirus challenge.
The ministers also discussed the general political situation in the country.
