وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب نے ضلعی سطح پر ہنگامی منصوبہ تیار کرنے کی ہدایت کی ہے۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق ڈیزاسٹر منیجمنٹ سے متعلق کابینہ کمیٹی کا ایک اہم اجلاس وزیر اعلی پنجاب سردار عثمان بزدار کی زیر صدارت سول سیکرٹریٹ میں ہوا۔
اجلاس میں وزیر اعلی عثمان بزدار نے متعلقہ محکموں اور ایجنسیوں کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ مون سون کے موسم کے پیش نظر 24 گھنٹوں ندیوں میں پانی کے بہاؤ کی نگرانی کریں۔
وزیراعلیٰ نے کہا کہ پی ڈی ایم اے میں قائم کنٹرول روم کو صورتحال پر نگاہ رکھنا چاہئے اور متعلقہ وفاقی اور صوبائی محکموں کے مابین بہترین ہم آہنگی کو یقینی بنانا چاہئے۔
اجلاس میں مون سون کے موسم کے پیش نظر ممکنہ سیلاب کے پیش نظر محکموں اور ریڈاروں کی تیاریوں اور انتظامات کا جائزہ لیا گیا ، اور شہری سیلاب کے خطرے کے پیش نظر شہروں میں ضروری انتظامات بھی کیے گئے۔
اجلاس کے دوران وزیر اعلیٰ عثمان بزدار نے نالیوں کی صفائی کے کام میں تاخیر پر مایوسی کا اظہار کیا اور واضح کیا کہ نالوں کی صفائی جون تک مکمل کرلی جانی چاہئے تھی لیکن صفائی کا عمل اب تک مکمل نہیں ہوسکا۔ انہوں نے صفائی کا کام مکمل کرنے اور رپورٹ پیش کرنے کی ہدایت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ تاخیر کا ذمہ داروں کے خلاف کارروائی کی جائے گی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ شہروں میں نکاسی آب کے موثر انتظام کے لئے ایک جامع پلان مرتب کیا جائے۔
وزیراعلیٰ نے کہا کہ محکمہ موسمیات کو موسم کی صورتحال کے حوالے سے روزانہ کی بنیاد پر اپنی رپورٹ پیش کرنا چاہئے ، ندیوں کے منسلک علاقوں میں بارش کی روزانہ رپورٹ تیار کی جانی چاہئے اور کسی بھی ہنگامی صورتحال کی صورت میں متعلقہ محکمے اور ریڈار بھی اپنا ہنگامی منصوبہ پیش کریں۔ .
صوبائی وزراء محمد محسن لغاری ، میاں خالد محمود ، ملک نعمان احمد لنگاریال ، محمد تیمور خان ، محمد ہاشم ڈوگر ، چیف سکریٹری ، انسپکٹر جنرل پولیس ، ایڈیشنل چیف سیکرٹری ہوم ، متعلقہ محکموں کے سیکرٹریوں اور سینئر عہدیداروں نے اجلاس میں شرکت کی۔ عبد العلیم خان ، سینئر ممبر بورڈ آف ریونیو اور ڈویژنل کمشنرز نے ویڈیو لنک کے ذریعے اجلاس میں شرکت کی۔
The Punjab prime minister has ordered an emergency plan to be drawn up at the district level.
An important meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Disaster Management took place in the civil secretariat, chaired by Punjab chief minister Sardar Usman Bazdar.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Usman Bazdar instructed the departments and authorities concerned to remain vigilant and to monitor the flow of water in the rivers around the clock for the monsoon season.
The Prime Minister said that the control room set up in PDMA should keep an eye on the situation and ensure the best coordination between the affected federal and provincial departments.
The meeting reviewed preparations and arrangements for departments and radars for possible monsoon flooding, and also took the necessary precautions in cities for the risk of urban flooding.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Usman Bazdar said frustrated with the delay in cleaning the drains and made it clear that the drain cleaning should have been completed by June, but the cleaning process has not yet been completed. He instructed that the cleaning work be completed and a report submitted, saying that action would be taken against those responsible for the delay.
He said that a comprehensive plan for effective urban drainage should be formulated.
The Prime Minister said that the meteorological department should submit its daily weather report, a daily report of rainfall in river catchments, and that affected departments and radars should also submit their emergency plan in an emergency.
Provincial Ministers Mohammad Mohsin Leghari, Mian Khalid Mehmood, Malik Noman Ahmed Langarial, Mohammad Taimor Khan, Mohammad Hashim Dogar, Secretary General, Inspector General of the Police, Additional General Secretariat, Secretaries from relevant departments and senior officials attended the meeting. Abdul Aleem Khan, Senior Member Board of Revenue and Divisional Commissioners, attended the meeting via video link.
