پنجاب کے 7 اضلاع کے کئی علاقوں میں لاک ڈائون کی منظوری
لاہور: پنجاب کے 7 اضلاع کے مختلف علاقوں میں لاک ڈائون کی منظوری دے دی گئی۔
میڈیا کے مطابق ، سیکرٹری جنرل پنجاب جواد رفیق ملک کی زیرصدارت ایک اہم اجلاس ہوا ، جس میں لاہور سمیت گوجرانوالہ ، فیصل آباد ، سیالکوٹ ، گجرات ، ملتان اور راولپنڈی کے مختلف علاقوں میں لاک ڈائون کی منظوری دی گئی۔ سیکرٹری جنرل پنجاب نے لاہور کے 61 علاقوں میں مکمل لاک ڈائون کی بھی منظوری دی۔
دوسری جانب سیکرٹری جنرل پنجاب جواد رفیق ملک نے این سی او سی ہدایات پر عمل درآمد کے احکامات جاری کردیئے۔ ان احکامات کے مطابق ڈپٹی کمشنر اور ڈیٹا پروٹیکشن سپروائزر کو سیل کرنے والے علاقوں کی تعداد بڑھانے کا اختیار دیا گیا ۔
سکریٹری جنرل نے کہا کہ کورونا وائرس سے متاثرہ علاقوں میں لاک ڈائون کے اختیارات ڈپٹی کمشنرز کو تفویض کیے جائیں گے۔ پولیس مقبوضہ علاقوں کے داخلی اور خارجی راستوں پر تعینات کئے جائیں گے۔ فوج اور رینجرز اسٹینڈ بائی پر رہیں گے۔ عوام کی رہنمائی کے لئے متاثرہ علاقوں کی ایک فہرست لاک ڈائون سے قبل میڈیا کو جاری کی جائے گی۔ ٹائیگر فورس کی خدمات لاک ڈائون سے متاثرہ افراد کی مدد کے لئے استعمال کی جائیں گی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ سول اور پولیس افسران کو کورونا وائرس سے بچاؤ کے ایس او پیز کو عملی جامہ پہنانے کے لئے مل کر کام کرنے کی ضرورت ہے ، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ صرف لاہور میں محدود علاقوں میں 3،000 پولیس اہلکار تعینات ہیں۔ جنرل سکریٹری نے عہدیداروں کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ محدود علاقوں میں شہریوں کے لئے ضروری اشیاء کی دستیابی اور طبی اہلکاروں تک رسائی کو یقینی بنائے۔
Lahore: Lockdown in different areas of 7 districts of Punjab has been approved.
According to media, an important meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Punjab Jawad Rafique Malik in which lockdown was approved in different areas of Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Gujarat, Multan and Rawalpindi including Lahore. The Chief Secretary Punjab also approved the complete closure of 61 areas of Lahore.
On the other hand, Chief Secretary Punjab Jawad Rafique Malik has issued orders regarding implementation of NCOC directives. According to these orders, the Deputy Commissioner and DPOs have been given powers to increase the number of sealed areas.
The Chief Secretary said that the powers to lock down the areas most affected by the covid-19 would be given to the Deputy Commissioners. Police will be deployed at the entrances and exits of the locked areas. Army and Rangers will be on standby. A list of affected areas will be released to the media before the lockdown to guide the public. Tigerforce services will be used to help those affected by the lockdown.
He said that civil and police officers would have to work together to implement SOPs for prevention of corona virus, adding that 3,000 police personnel would be deployed in lockdown areas in Lahore alone. The Chief Secretary directed the officers to ensure the availability of essential items and access to medical personnel to the citizens in the lockdown areas.
