پنجاب کا سالانہ بجٹ 15 جون کو پیش کیا جائے گا
حکومت پنجاب اپنا سالانہ بجٹ 15 جون کو پیش کرے گی۔ صوبائی وزیر خزانہ مخدوم ہاشم جاونبخت بجٹ پیش کریں گے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق مالی سال 2020-2020 کے کل بجٹ میں 2,400 ارب روپے کا تخمینہ لگایا گیا ہے۔ بجٹ میں کوئی نیا ٹیکس عائد کرنے کی تجویز نہیں ہے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق ترقیاتی بجٹ میں 50 سے 60 فیصد تک کمی کی جاسکتی ہے۔ امکان ہے کہ پنجاب کے ترقیاتی بجٹ میں کمی کے بعد 250 ارب روپے رکھے جائیں گے۔ زرعی آمدنی پر انکم ٹیکس بڑھانے کی تجویز بھی ہے۔ زرعی شعبے میں 6 لاکھ روپے تک کا انکم ٹیکس نہیں ہوگا۔ روپے اور اس کے علاوہ 10٪ ٹیکس وصول کیا جائے گا۔
18-25 لاکھ روپے کی آمدنی والے کاشتکاروں سے 90،000 روپے کے علاوہ 12.5 فیصد ٹیکس عائد کرنے کی تجویز ہے۔ ذرائع کا مزید کہنا ہے کہ فیڈریشن کے اعلان کردہ اضافے کے مطابق سرکاری ملازمین کی تنخواہوں میں اضافہ کیا جائے گا۔ ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ آئندہ مالی سال کے لئے پنجاب حکومت کے اخراجات کا تخمینہ 2180 ارب روپے ہے۔ این ایف سی ایوارڈ کے تحت پنجاب وفاق سے 450 ارب روپے کم وصول کرے گا۔ ذرائع کے مطابق وفاق کی جانب سے کم وصولی اور لاک ڈاؤن کی وجہ سے حکومت پنجاب کو مالی مشکلات کا سامنا ہے۔

It is proposed to levy Rs 90,000 plus 12.5% tax from farmers with income of Rs 18-25 lakh. The sources further said that the salaries of government employees would be increased in line with the increase announced by the federation. Sources said that the Punjab government’s expenditure for the next financial year is estimated at Rs 2180 billion. Under the NFC award, Punjab will receive Rs 450 billion less from the federation. According to sources, the Punjab government is facing financial difficulties due to low collection and lockdown from the federation.
