ایل جی اسٹریچ ایبل ڈسپلے بنا رہا ہے
جنوبی کوریا کی ملٹی نیشنل الیکٹرانکس کمپنی ایل جی نے اعلان کیا ہے کہ وہ 2024 تک ایک اسٹریچ ایبل مائکرو لائٹ ایمٹینگنگ ڈایڈڈ (ایل ای ڈی) ڈسپلے تیار کرے گی۔ ٹیک گیںٹ کو جنوبی کورین حکومت نے ایک اسٹریچ ایبل ڈسپلے پینل تیار کرنے کا کام سونپا تھا۔ کمپنی اس منصوبے میں حصہ لینے والی 21 کمپنیوں اور اداروں میں سے ایک کی برتر حیثیت سے کام کرے گی ، جسے منسٹری آف ٹریڈ ، انڈسٹری اینڈ انرجی (ایم او ٹی آئی ای) کی حمایت حاصل ہے ۔
ان کا آخری ہدف اسٹریچ ایبل ڈسپلے ٹکنالوجی بنانا ہے جس میں مجوزہ طوالت کی شرح 20 فیصد ہوگی ۔ کمپنی کے مطابق ، ان کا مقصد کاغذ کی چادر کی طرح کسی بھی شکل اور سائز کی نمائش تیار کرنا ہے۔
ایل جی ڈسپلے کے ترجمان نے تفصیل سے بتایا کہ ،
وزارت صنعت نے ہمارا اگلی جنریشن کی نمائش کو فروغ دینے کے اقدام اور اسٹریچ ایبل مائیکرو ایل ای ڈی ڈسپلے منصوبے کے انعقاد کے لئے انتخاب کیا ہے۔
کورین کمپنی پُرامید ہے کہ نیا ڈسپلے موجودہ دستیاب لچکدار اور فولڈیبل اسکرینوں سے بہت بڑا سیٹ اپ ہوگا۔ اس کی قابلِ توسیع املاک کاروں اور دیگر آلات میں استعمال ہونے والی اسکرینوں کی نقل و حمل اور لچک میں اضافہ کرے گی۔
نئی ٹیکنالوجی کی ممکنہ ایپلیکیشنز کی فہرست وسیع ہے۔ اگر کمپنی واقعی توسیع پذیر ڈسپلے بنانے میں کامیاب ہوجاتی ہے۔ تو اسمارٹ فونز جیسے چھوٹے صارف الیکٹرانکس گیجٹ سے لے کر بل بورڈز اور تمام تجارتی شعبوں تک ، لچکدار ڈسپلے کی ہر چیز میں انقلاب لاسکتی ہیں۔
The South Korean multinational electronics company LG has announced that it will develop an LED display (Stretchable Microwave Emitting Diode) by 2024. TechGent has been commissioned by the South Korean government to develop a stretchable display panel. The company will be one of the 21 companies and institutions involved in the project with the support of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE).
Your ultimate goal is to create a stretchable display technology with a suggested length of 20%. According to the company, the goal is to create an ad of any shape and size like a sheet of paper.
A spokesman for LG Display said that,
“The Industry Ministry chose us to conduct the project for stretchable micro-LED displays as part of its initiative to foster next-generation display development.”
The Korean company hopes the new display will be a much larger setup than the existing flexible and foldable screens available. Its scalable property will increase the transport and flexibility of screens used in cars and other devices.
