According to the National Dashboard of Pakistan, the total number of coronavirus cases has increased to 11827, of which 8932 are active and 253 deaths have been reported.
The latest statistics from the national dashboard show that 127 patients remained in critical condition while 2,755 patients recovered from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The country has registered 785 new cases in the last 24 hours.
Punjab has the highest number of infections up to 5046, followed by Sindh with 3945 patients. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) reported 1708 cases, 307 in Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), 656 in Baluchistan, 223 in Islamabad and 55 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
