The National Flag Carrier Vigilance and Security Department has officially launched an investigation into a suspected four-employee corruption scandal that has cost Pakistan International Airlines millions of dollars in financial losses. Asif Zaman, PIA chief of accounting Lahore and his colleagues were brought in to investigate the matter.
According to PIA, the possibility of redeeming tickets for special flights in times of COVID-19 had been postponed on his ticket. Aid flights are now being calculated and new tickets must be purchased to board planes. Supervisor Asif Aman and his colleagues reportedly allowed passengers to travel from Lahore, Pakistan to Toronto, Canada with old tickets.
The ticket price per seat for special flights is 2.75000 per person. Asif Zaman and the crew were accused of allowing 4 people to travel with old tickets.

پی آئی اے کے مطابق ، کوویڈ-19 کے تناظر میں خصوصی پروازوں کے ٹکٹوں کے چھڑانے کا امکان ان کے ٹکٹ پر ملتوی کردیا گیا تھا۔ امدادی پروازوں کا حساب کتاب اب لیا جا رہا ہے اور بورڈ کے طیاروں کے لئے نئی ٹکٹیں خریدنی چاہئیں۔ مبینہ طور پر سپروائزر آصف امان اور ان کے ساتھیوں نے مسافروں کو پرانے ٹکٹوں کے ساتھ لاہور ، پاکستان سے ٹورنٹو ، کینیڈا جانے کی اجازت دی۔
خصوصی پروازوں کے لئے ٹکٹ کی قیمت فی شخص 2.75000 ہے۔ آصف زمان اور عملے پر 4 افراد کو پرانے ٹکٹوں کے ساتھ سفر کرنے کی اجازت دینے کا الزام عائد کیا گیا تھا۔
