پی ٹی آئی کے 23 ارکان اسمبلی ہم سے رابطے میں ہیں، رانا ثناء اللہ
PML-N Punjab President and Member National Assembly Rana Sanaullah has said that 23 members of ruling party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) were in touch with us before the joint meeting but the government managed them through Establishment.
In an exclusive interview at Parliament House, Rana Sanaullah said that before the joint sitting of the House, 23 PTI parliamentarians were in touch but the government managed to put pressure on these members through the Establishment.
He said that despite the pressure, 8 members of PTI were ready to come to us.
He said that PTI members themselves contacted us and those members are still in touch today.
Rana Sanaullah said that it was not a matter of 8 members coming to us so they were not brought forward but the government miscalculated in the House to count these members also.
He said that during the joint meeting there were 13 members in the first line, when counting backwards, 3 members from the front joined the sixth line and thus the government counted about 10 more members in the joint meeting.
He said that at the time of the joint sitting, the number of government members in the House ranged from 210 to 212 while the number of opposition members was 204.
He said earlier adjournment of the notification meeting was also a part of the same issue, 62 members including allies were to be absent from the joint meeting, and 26 of these 62 members were PTI’s own and last week’s meeting on the same. Was postponed.
The central leader of PML-N said that his own members of PTI were not ready to come to the meeting and they wanted to walk with PML-N.
Explaining, he said that the aforesaid members of PTI had contacted us and those members of PTI are still in touch with us.
مسلم لیگ (ن) پنجاب کے صدر اور رکن قومی اسمبلی رانا ثناء اللہ نے کہا ہے کہ حکمران جماعت پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) کے 23 ارکان مشترکہ اجلاس سے قبل ہم سے رابطے میں تھے لیکن حکومت نے انہیں اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے ذریعے مینیج کیا۔
پارلیمنٹ ہاؤس میں خصوصی انٹرویو دیتے ہوئے رانا ثناء اللہ نے کہا کہ ایوان کے مشترکہ اجلاس سے قبل پی ٹی آئی کے 23 پارلیمنٹرینز رابطے میں تھے لیکن حکومت اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے ذریعے ان ارکان پر دباؤ ڈالنے میں کامیاب ہوگئی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ دباؤ کے باوجود پی ٹی آئی کے 8 ارکان ہمارے پاس آنے کو تیار ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ پی ٹی آئی کے ارکان نے خود ہم سے رابطہ کیا اور وہ ارکان آج بھی رابطے میں ہیں۔
رانا ثناء اللہ نے کہا کہ ہمارے پاس 8 ارکان آنے کی بات نہیں اس لیے انہیں آگے نہیں لایا گیا لیکن حکومت نے ان ارکان کی گنتی کے لیے ایوان میں غلط حساب لگایا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ مشترکہ اجلاس کے دوران پہلی لائن میں 13 ارکان تھے، جب پیچھے کی طرف گنتی کی گئی تو سامنے سے 3 ارکان چھٹی لائن میں شامل ہوگئے اور اس طرح حکومت نے مشترکہ اجلاس میں مزید 10 ارکان کی گنتی کی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ مشترکہ اجلاس کے وقت ایوان میں حکومتی ارکان کی تعداد 210 سے 212 تک تھی جب کہ اپوزیشن ارکان کی تعداد 204 تھی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اس سے قبل نوٹی فکیشن کا اجلاس ملتوی کرنا بھی اسی معاملے کی ایک کڑی تھی، اتحادیوں سمیت 62 ارکان نے مشترکہ اجلاس سے غیر حاضر رہنا تھا اور ان 62 ارکان میں سے 26 پی ٹی آئی کے اپنے تھے اور گزشتہ ہفتے کا اجلاس بھی اسی معاملے پر تھا۔ ملتوی کر دیا گیا۔
مسلم لیگ ن کے مرکزی رہنما کا کہنا تھا کہ ان کے اپنے پی ٹی آئی کے ارکان اجلاس میں آنے کو تیار نہیں اور وہ ن لیگ کے ساتھ چلنا چاہتے ہیں۔
وضاحت کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ پی ٹی آئی کے مذکورہ ارکان نے ہم سے رابطہ کیا تھا اور پی ٹی آئی کے وہ ارکان اب بھی ہم سے رابطے میں ہیں۔
