18 ویں ترمیم کا جائزہ لیا جاسکتا ہے اور اسے تبدیل کیا جاسکتا ہے: ڈاکٹر علوی
صدر پاکستان ڈاکٹر عارف علوی نے کہا ہے کہ 18 ویں ترمیم جو صوبوں ، قانون اور کسی بھی دوسرے قانون کی طرح طاقت دیتا ہے ، پر نظر ثانی کی جاسکتی ہے اور اسے تبدیل کیا جاسکتا ہے۔
اپنے حالیہ بیان میں ، انہوں نے کہا کہ وفاق اور صوبوں کے مابین اس معاملے پر وفاقی حکومت اور صوبوں کے مابین بات چیت ہوئی ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا ، آہستہ آہستہ جب ہماری معیشت میں بہتری آرہی ہے ، جس پر کورونا وائرس کے دباؤ کا بھی سامنا ہے ، سینٹر اور صوبوں کے مابین ایک معاہدہ طے پا جائے گا
“جب صورتحال ‘خراب’ ہو تو پھر آمدنی کی تقسیم سے متعلق اختلافات یہاں تک کہ ایک گھریلو یا کنبے میں بھی ہوتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ حکومت اور صوبوں کے مابین ہمیشہ اختلاف رائے اور اختلافات پائے جاتے ہیں۔ یہ آزادی کے بعد سے موجود ہیں۔
صدر علوی کا کہنا تھا کہ کشیدہ معیشت کو وفاقی حکومت اور صوبوں کے مابین مسائل کا ذمہ دار ٹھہرانا ہے۔
صدر نے کہا ، “حکومت سندھ کے معاملات کو حل کرنے کے لئے کبھی بھی کوئی تبادلہ خیال نہیں ہوا ہے۔”
Pakistani President Dr. Arif Alvi said that the 18th amendment giving power to the provinces can be reviewed and amended like any other law.
In his most recent statement, he said that discussions between the federal government and the provinces had taken place on the subject between the federal government and the provinces.
“Gradually, as our economy improves, which is also under the pressure of the corona virus, an agreement is reached [between the center and the provinces] as to which province should get which piece of the cake,” he added.

President Alvi said the strained economy was responsible for the problems between the federal government and the provinces.
“There has never been a discussion to deal with the problems of the Sindh government,” said the president.
